We were building a house in Saint Cloud with Pulte. Scheduled to close on Feb 7th and cancelled our contract/pulled out. With Insurance cost rising, interest rate rising, it would have been the worst decision possible for my wife and I. Instead, we found a new construction home almost done in Canton, GA, received a killer interest rate. Way happier with the new build up here.
Who builds a 2 story home in Florida?Even if the bottom is cinderblock,wood framed on top is a disaster because of potential hurricanes. Insurance companies are hesitant to insure you and if you get lucky it will cost u dearly.....😅😅😅
Yeah, clearly they are not from Florida. 2 story homes are actually very common and are on the rise due to smaller lots. I love the Florida stucco 2 story style. Very pretty.
