    The 275/55r20 fitted in this video do not require rods or lift to fit without rubbing. Looks nice though, lift not required for this size rubber.

      I see your comment is quite old now, but I looked into this myself. I have the factory Black Aero Viper 20" wheel, and there is a 18" version of that wheel and you can simply fit the OEM size K02 tyre to it. That size is at least available in the UK and even with the additional size of the tread block, it fits without issue. This also then preserves the speed sensor accuracy.
