Hi there! Nutritionally speaking, what u cooked isn’t good for bodybuilding or fitness at all. Fruits should not be mixed with protein or other food, they must be consumed on an empty stomach. Fruits contain pepsin, which stops protein from assimilating in our bodies. We should consume them 1 hour before we eat normal food, and 2 hours after. Just a friendly advice, I am no fitness competitor but I work out alot and I am in contact with many nutritionists and doctors. Xx I bet it tastes good, though :D
Sorry but it isn't as black and white as that. That doesn't even take into consideration digestive or absorption times. So never put a banana in your peanut butter protein shake. Sorry but b.s
