However, his level of honesty doesn't lie with harshness, rudeness or negativity nor really criticism and yet despite it being an opinion, sure an educated one at that which holds more weight behind it he says and does things that'll benefit the what do we call it.. client! I was going to say consumer but let's say, client. What he did to this Restauranteur was a transformation for the best!

Do not disregard what Tom is saying: dress how you want to be perceived, every morning imagine your life the way you want it to be in 5 years time once you've reached success and LIVE that life now. This advice cannot be overstated.

You can see this is another form of money makes money. Use money to better yourself and you'll make more money. There was fortune article talking of a start-up CEO using a good percentage of his salary to purposely stay at 5-star hotels. He saw this as an investment to meet other wealthy individual. Chances are you are more likely to find wealthier people at high-end hotels for your investments rather than a Motel 6. If you are an upcoming CEO, consider this. Stay at a Park Hyatt - not a Hyatt Place.
