What an incredible journey! I felt like i was there...and hopefully one day I shall visit.Thank you for explaining everything in English, because the stories of the locals are so important. I lived and worked in China for few years and one of the things i was very passionate about was visiting temples and learning about the culturem which is so complex and having someone translate and explain things was crucial because not even Baidu translate app could be that helpful 😅 Big hello from Serbia 🇷🇸
As a big fan and gamer of Wukong and living in China for the last decade I found this video very fascinated and thanks for showing it to us and in English. Keep the videos coming!
This was so good! Thank you for taking us here. I spent a lot of time looking at the statues and temples in the game and to see it in actual life was wow! Do more of these please!
That is a remnant, an echo of what was lost during the terrible destruction during the Cultural Revolution when ancient treasures and buildings were destroyed, discarded and thrown about. That would have been part of a pair that stood outside a temple, the other one now lost. Whether the figure was removed or the building destroyed, we don't know. Those are lost to history.
Amazing video, thank you for making it and sharing it with us. I felt I was there with you. What is the amazing piece of music that starts 4:31 when you enter and explore Longyan Temple? Thanks.
Schools are large and big, and Temples are also big and built with big tree stood space. People know that trees will grow again for people living their high mountains.
i visited shanxi before black myth wukong's release. Shanxi is well known among chinese architecture fans for having some of the oldest architecture, especially foguang temple
You always know in china that its authentic historic sites because the architecture is raw and have marks of wear and tear, not like the polished sites in other asian countries.
in china travel, you have to have EXCEPTIONAL IMAGINARY SKILL to see the 'view' or 'depicted mythical creatures'; beside than that, travel is beautiful minus the crowd.
their rural villages are in much better condition than some developed first world nations. They seem to have the same issues, rural-urban migration. Japan has very much the same issues. Yes, its a pity the revolution destroyed a bit of their history. Matters not. Cultures change, religions change. They are currently building a new identity. A new culture. Lets see how long this one last.
Thank god, nobody has claimed these area properies as their king- dumb- dumped palaces and concubines with wine jugs storages become the historic named global sensational riches list.
Revelation 1:13-15 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
