They never said. Other youtubers spread false information. Moonton clearly said that on first 10x a special reward is guaranteed (JJK Battle effects like recall, spawn, Elimination, or the skins, you can get any of them) it's not just skin probability
I got luck today, I had 8k crystals. On my 3rd or 4th draw I got Megumi Fushiguro, after that I used the rest of my diamonds to do 10x draws. I got to the point where I got the 190 Draw rewards. In the end I gathered enough coins to buy 2 more JJK skins. Now I'm only missing 1 skin and that is Nobara Kugisaki. 😭 Edit: I might recharge again in a week or so and I'm also gonna get the rest of all the voice lines, since they only cost 10 coins each.

Moonton made the chances of getting the skins to 1% which isn’t fair or reasonable at all. They know what they are doing but it is a great collab.
