Why is everyone having attitude with this nice person saying she didn't like something in the most gentle way? I think she said it carefully and still mentioned some stuff she liked about this box. This is the first video of hers I have ever seen and I can't stand to see such negative comments about something that is mostly her opinion that she has a right to have. It's her feelings and about something she waits for as a surprise and paid for. No it is not $40 each box. These boxes each cost $50 and more if I remember correctly depending on shipping and tax and where you live. Then some people pay ahead of time for all the boxes which is over $200 where the company just sends them out for you automatically and conveniently over the seasons. For me that's my only big fun thing I can get as a Mom so it's special. I prioritize my family and what they need and their Christmas fun first so for some it's hard to afford them. I think everyone should have a right to express their negative feelings but to a limit. If it has a point and if they can express them in the best way possible then go for it but this is just taking her video way too personal as if she bashed you for liking all the things in this Pusheen box or like you are Pusheen's bodyguard. She might have misjudged the glass coverings which I have yet to check on mine but it happens. The other stuff is legit her feelings and that some stuff in the box wasn't useful for her lifestyle. There's nothing wrong with stating that. She's going to review it with honesty and I'd think everyone would appreciate that. Everyone calm down and relax. Peace.
The plastic protective film is removable on the glasses. I always recommend washing glasses before use....I mean...doesn’t everyone wash their glasses/plates? I have seen dusty glasses in the past and I used to have my staff quickly clean them but our quantities were only a few hundred. The boxes are assembled in a warehouse so unless each box is reopened and each glass cleaned after the fact, you are going to find dust on them. Yes they could have reopened each box and paid for them to be cleaned, this service is usually several dollars a piece or sometimes more depending if it is done in the states or overseas. Does not sound like a lot per box but it could mean the subtraction of the plush or other inexpensive item in the box. the quality and practicality are much higher then most other subscription boxes. I like the plastic plates for lunch outside, where I would not take my good dishes. Normally I am eating lunch at work but now with working from home I appreciate a cute lunch plate. The most disappointing item is the pepper/pepper mistake. It should be Pusheen ...P and Stormy...S. I know a bit about production/shipping/warehousing (it is the industry I work in) and the quality here is great for a 40 some dollar box...and trust me, I have seen some junk.
I thought the same about the salt/pepper shakers, still, I do think the lids can be interchanged between them, so maybe is not so bad, they just missed the chance to have it as an at first look detail.
Compared to the winter 2019 box (my all time favorite), I'm shocked by sharp decline in overall quality in this box and the last. They really passed on an opportunity to do something cool for the 10th annivesary. The glasses were the biggest letdown, to be honest. I was actually hyped for those before I opened them. But no, mine arrived with the decals already peeling off and were coated in stinky gunk. Did you notice a smell on yours? My melamine plates were flawed and stained as well. I did really love the sweater, and of course the plush & figure were excellent. The string light is cute but I'm not a fan of battery powered stuff like that. I think it was a really weird box so I will hold out for a few more before I decide to unsub or not.
Kaci Enriquez Castillo mine had a strong sour plastic smell coming out of the packaging. Luckily after washing it’s not very noticeable anymore, but at the same time the decal sticker edge part seems to be peeling more after washing...
I thought that too but the square around the glasses do peel off & the picture underneath is alot clearer! I also assumed I received 2 'P's by mistake on the salt & pepper shakers but after watching videos I saw everyone got them too so I do feel better about that 😊

Disappointing to say the least. Some of the items look quite cheap. UGH. Its making me wonder if its truly worth the money to keep the subscription. I think they could have done far better than what they gave us for this box.
I agree, compared to last quarter’s creative theme, this 10th year one was disappointing theme-wise since food is common throughout a lot of Pusheen merchandise sold across different stores.
I'm still waiting for mine. I've been disappointed that the past two fall and winter were not holiday themed or even seasonally themed. I don't see the point of making them seasonal if they don't match the theme. I always like the clothing and the lights are cute, as are the kitchen items, but yeah, those glasses don't look right. I think I'll skip on my subs next year unless they are going to be fall and winter themed again.
That may be a wise idea given that they usually release a spoiler or two beforehand, and you can decide to purchase that quarter’s box after the release depending on the theme. The window for purchase seems to be pretty long nowadays compared to past years.
In your rush to be critical, you failed to realize that the glasses have a protective film covering the artwork. Peel it off and wash the glass, and you will find it to be perfect.

Some people might misunderstand but when you're unboxing something you paid a decent amount of money on (especially if they paid for all the seasons of these boxes which is extremely expensive) you are going to want it to be worth that money. If they cheap out on items then it shouldn't be priced so high and that's just the way it should be. If it's falling apart or slapped together with no care for it lasting long then it's not done right. This is something that can't be overlooked by a buyer. If you're buying something you have a right to be critical and it's nothing personal and it depends on how you respond. If you do it in the less combative or negative way and are just stating a fact or telling your feelings on it then there's no harm. If there's something broken and you handle it the best way you can on your end then it's you just being honest and wanting the best quality and wanting the items you paid for to be in the shaped they were meant to be. There is nothing wrong with saying..."No" or "I wasn't happy with this item for what I paid for". I'd rather that than someone lie about their feelings. The world is too soft now with hiding negative things or feelings. We have them and it's ok to express them just depends on how. Do it the right way. Hiding your feelings is not healthy and then you end up snapping. I'm getting into more psychological stuff but my point remains. She should be able to just unbox and review any item honestly. You peel the plastic off the glass, it's just a protective layer. Also, you could use the plates for decoration. Get some plate stands.
Tips : If you can't wash or use the glass you can just use them for beautiful flower vases, might look good!

Not bad but think the fall box was hands down the best all year.

My glasses and plates weren’t flawed and the plastic sticker peeled right off the glasses.
I thought that too but the square around the glasses do peel off & the picture underneath is alot clearer! I also assumed I received 2 'P's by mistake on the salt & pepper shakers but after watching videos I saw everyone got them too so I do feel better about that 😊

I suspect they may be changing the shipment time for each season, starting with this box, so holiday items in the future will be timely.

Mary Dzohara I am a US women’s medium and xs fits best for pusheen items, I think they’re unisex sizing so they run 1-2 sizes larger than women’s
I am very disappointed from this box. I am expecting much nicer stuff for the 10th year anniversary.
