I love wearing slightly more eye makeup. People notice you wear makeup which normally bothers me but it really just gives me a bit of a boost because I feel like I need to be confident to pull it off.
I get you - skincare is personal it’s important to know your own skin . Be open to new skincare innovations new & different products ‘cause things change as you go about living your life. It’s not always all about staving off lines and wrinkles (hmmm well yes , we want them minimized). It’s about taking good care of what you have. Cle De Peau is my absolute favorite, especially the radiant fluid foundation. Every time I think I found a good foundation I always go back to Cle De Peau, have not been able to find anything that compares to it. I do plan to get their new formula though, cream to powder. Then I also recently discovered their lipsticks, they are magic !
Oil is technically not "hydrating", it does not provide H2O to the skin but it helps resurface it with lipids. It indeed locks the moisture of a serum (or a cream), and helps hydrate by this mean, and also prevents water to "evaporate" from the skin. I personally find that even oil alone on my skin is beneficial (from my own personal experience), for me it is better than nothing, it nourishes it++ Thank you for your video, i love your videos

If you like audiobooks, I highly recommend listening to him read his books. Also, fave story from Callipso is when he and his sisters go to Japan and buy the latest fashion. It’s hysterical!❤️

you know, if you don’t nap/sleep during the day you must probably will at night time. Try skipping those naps to have a good night asleep!! (used to have soooooooo many insomnia, this REALLY helps)
