I think this should be made into a series. Not just with Zara perfumes but other perfumes as well. It is a great concept and I enjoyed it. You could do your all time favourite fragrances and their matching outfits.

I was at the tropics early May this year and was at the lobby at a hotel talking to a concierge and i catch this whiff of a magical scent and made my head turn and got me wow'd. I don't know what she was wearing and i couldn't ask in time as it got me stunned how "perfect" she looked combining with her perfume. This reminded me way back years ago i smelled this guy in a hotel (prom) wearing Terre d'Hermes and i was blown away how stunning he pulled off that look with a tuxedo and wearing Terre.

I remember buying Elegantly Tokyo (the pocket size) just a few days before discovering your channel. At first I thought “this smells clean-ish but with a bit of a punch” - I can’t describe scents as clearly as you do! The more I use it, the more I like it. Glad to see that this perfume makes it to this list - I’m gonna buy the bigger bottle soon!

Elegantly Tokyo was one of my favourites from the city range too - but it is absolutely a dupe/similar to a Miu Miu for women (pretty turquoise bottle with red top). Still love it though!

You are so lovely and positive, I can watch your videos any time.❤️ Indeed, I own only 2 Zara fragrances - Fashionably London and Red Temptation (as by the time I bought it I just wanted to get an idea of how BR540 smelled like). And I do not regret buying them, on the contrary I enjoy them and especially the price point, as I don't have to spend the 200+ euros on a bottle. 😅 And what's funny is I get so many compliments wearing Fashionably London, than I do when wearing my Memo Paris perfumes...Go figure! 🤭 Love you! 💐❤️👑
P.S. I am phasing out on Memo Paris as they also have increased their prices and it is just too much already for only 75ml. So, as much as I love their fragrances, I think we'll have to part ways. 😔

My favorite are rose gourmand , sweat warm and addicted and the London one...But the best of all time from zara is the sadly discontinued sweet pastry in Paris...i hope they bring it back some day!
I bought Red Temptation and liked the smell a lot, but it really doesn’t last long on me. Then, I thought why not use it as a house spray and whenever people come into my house they’re always like what is that smell cause it’s so yummy ☺️
My guilty pleasure fragrance (not sophisticated or expensive smelling, but so delicious) is Brittney Spears Midnight Fantasy. It smells like rich candied plums and turns into a soft, creamy, creamsicle plum scent. It also smells like a deep fruity shampoo, and I love it.
Edit: I am so intrigued by Energetically NY, Grapefruit incense, elegantly Tokyo, and fashionably London! I own and enjoy Applejuice and Rose gourmand. I also love vetiver pamplemousse and violet from Zara.
Haha no way! I used to love pink bottle - could that be fantasy (original)? I couldn't wear it today though... definitely more of a nostalgic scent to me
@@jusderose I wasn’t a huge fan of the original, I found it too tart! This one is a flanker (Midnight Fantasy) in a blue bottle. It smells like rich candied plums, which reminds me of a girly shampoo as well. It’s a fun scent that is very playful and youthful! And it lasts which is hilarious cause it was less than 20 USD for 3.4 ounces. 😝

My fave Zara is Rich, Warm,Addictive …have to pop over to the men’s section to find. Cold night boozy vanilla to warm me up but totally unisex with a good amount of peony in there.

Hi Josephine, not sure if this is the write place to ask my question but I’ll post it anyway. I know that you went to a perfumery school so you have the best knowledge in mixing fragrances. I recently visited a Le Labo boutique and asked the sales clerks why the fragrance oil readily dissolves in their ethyl alcohol. They didn’t really give me a great answer. From my knowledge & experience (I am a pharmacist so I studied a lot of chemistry), the solution usually develops small oil globules when mixed then it has to macerate for days or weeks, then filtered in order to have a properly blended solution. I know what they are doing is purely a marketing gimmick but what did they put in their oil to be readily miscible with alcohol?

Rightly said, Rose Gourmand is not for everyone. It’s irritatingly nauseating to my nose. I cannot even bear one whiff…so i layer it with a citrus fragrance to balance the excess sweetness in its dry down.

@@jusderose looking on the brighter side, if it took you about 7 tests to get possitive result, chances are you got Omicron variant which won't mess up your sense of smell after recovery like Delta variant does. For fragrance fanatics like us, anosmia, hyposmia or parosmia can be quite a tragedy. Eat and rest well, dearest!

@@jusderose I’m a bit too mature for that ). Ganymede or Encelade too strong for the summer ? Both are REAL compliment monsters ( best I’ve ever had ). I don’t just want to use my MFK silver fluidity all summer. Have Elysium but it just don’t last on skin. Even with a good dose of molecule 2 on top 😭

Applejuice doesn’t even last 30 mins on me ☹️ which is why, even though I love the scents of all those Zara perfumes, I feel like you get what you pay for and it’s better to just save up and get a bigger more expensive one 😅

This is gong to get Weird which naturally releases my of any culpability in the weirdness but I wonder if, and only if it makes sense to you, would you consider the same video concept for men. IE several different fragrances and several different outfits men could wear with the fragrances. Ex white t shirt jeans and a pair of sneakers for perfume (a) and then move on depending on how you could fit the clothes you have into the male dynamic. Woman might enjoy the suggestions as well. I warned you it was weird. But you read it anyway. Now its out there and all we can do is awkwardly look in the other direction and change the conversation.
Fashionably London was a blind buy and I hated it 😅 is too strong and old lady ish gave me a headache

I can't decide if you videos are to mock anyone who does not buy niche overpriced ugly bottled perfumes, which are placed on a shelf and left to fester by over collectors. if you own 200 perfumes you have enough to last you 40 - 50 years if they are 30ml - 50ml
