This Video is about restoration of a Yamaha RX100 Motorcycle of the year 1991. Its almost 30 years old.
Restoration work took for about four months. All the spare parts and accessories which has been used is manufactured and sold by Yamaha Motor Company.
Maximum effort has been made to bring the motorcycle to its originality. The look of the motorcycle has been restored to its factory stock. Not only the spares but each and every screw, nuts and bolts have been worked upon.

অনেক স্মৃতি জুড়ে আছে এই মডেলটাতে, যখন ছোট ছিলাম আব্বুর RX এর আওয়াজ শুনলেই দৌড়ে বের হয়ে যেতাম, আব্বু সকালে বের হওয়ার সময় বাসা থেকে বাইক স্টার্ট না দিয়ে বের করে কিছুদূর রাস্তায় গিয়ে স্টার্ট দিতো, আব্বুর বাইকের আওয়াজ শুনলেই কান্নাকাটি করে দিতাম, এখনো মনে পড়ে দিনগুলো।
২০০৭ সাল পর্যন্ত আমাদের কাছে ছিলো ইয়ামাহা আরএক্স, ঐটা দিয়েই খুব অল্প বয়সেই ফার্স্ট বাইক চালানো শিখি।
আজো এই বাইকের আওয়াজটা শুনলে হৃদয়ে টনক নাড়া দেয়, অনুভূতি গুলো ভাষায় বুঝাতে পারবো না।
আমার লাইফে বেশ অনেক মডেলের দুই চাকা/চার চাকার গাড়ি চালিয়েছি, কিন্তু এই বাইকটার অনুভূতিটা কোন গাড়িতেই অনুভব হয়নি আমার।
সময়ের সাথে সাথে পুরোনো জিনিসগুলো বিলুপ্ত হয়ে যাচ্ছে।
খুব ইচ্ছে আছে, এমন একটা বাইক রিবিল্ড করে পুরনো স্মৃতিটা ধরে রাখার জন্য।
খোঁজ করলে হয়তো পুরাতন আরএক্স কারো কাছে পাওয়া যাবে, কিন্তু বাংলাদেশে এই বাইকের পার্টস সব গুলো পাওয়া অসম্ভব হবে। 😢
Beautifully done!! Hats off to the crew who restored this timeless legend. Try to get the helmet lock which is located on the left side near the rear shock absorber.
If Mahindra can relaunch the *Jawa* and Bajaj can reintroduced *Chetak* then why Yamaha not thinking in this way. I bet if they relaunch Rx100/Rd350 by keeping same retro look with modern features, it will be a game changer

Sir the heart of the RX 100 is the 2 stroke engine, a RX 100 with a 4 stroke engine will never be the same

I appreciate your job from depth of my heart. l purchased rx100 in scrap condition but with complete papers ,I worked hard to arrange all genuine spares I will restore my bike in October after deepawali in same colour .your hard work reflects from Rx 100 you have restored .your efforts enhanced my determination . Great brother. Good job. I saw your Yamaha RX 100, I was thrilled by good efforts made by you to restore. Even I had a dream of getting Yamaha RX100, but by the time I was able to purchase, the production of RX 100 was stopped, so I had to get RX135. I was not at all happy with that bike, finally I sold that for a loss. I got inspired with your vehicle, I will definitely get an old one and restore the same way you have done.

Thank you so much for the love... The place is New park Street Kolkata. The mechanics are veteran, they knew what the machine requires. Papers if lapsed for less than 2 years is not a problem, more than 2 years amounts to huge penalty and interest which makes the project very costly. Do mail me, I will give you the exact location.

@@DanishBarkati really proud of you bro keep the bike in it's original condition and I've luckily got me one 3months back which is completely stock and the engine is in A class condition only thing is I'm looking for some good hands on it to get it restored to stock as it is from showroom!
