For the person that purchases this home I have one suggestion for the kitchen to utilize the benches with a large round table or a rectangle table with chairs around the outside. it will open up that space tremendously and you’ll be able to get more people around that table. It would be an amazing gathering spot for friends and family.

Whew! Mira Lagos homes have went up dramatically…I could afford them back in 2017/2018 when they were mid 350’s-400’s . Ill just visit my family when I come in from Cali…a few of them have homes in Mira Lagos. But most of Mira Lagos is Tarrant, or Ellis which is considered Ft. Worth.

Mira Lagos has Beautiful homes, I use to install the frameless showers and mirrors in those houses. I believe this is a Grand Home. Just seeing the double 90 degree MB Shower, I can guarantee I installed that… lol
Really nice home. I live in the Denver metro area and my home is only 3150 sq ft, 4b 3.25b 2 car garage and not nearly as nice and has close to the same value. I should live in Texas, more bang for the buck. Brand new homes here are starting at $800k for a base model, add options they shoot over $1M easily. Way too rich for me. I grew up here and it's so expensive anymore.
