I do pressure washing and window cleaning. It's the best job, but like you said it's exhausting. Getting a flow of customers is def the hardest part. Trying to figure out better marketing, I'm starting to do some TH-cam work like some of the satisfying video guys. It's also a continuing education, there is always more to learn to do it the best possible way!

Pro tip, take the staging photos at a beach house or expensive house! I bought a faux leather couch for $100 Took some staged photos near the beach in an expensive house and flipped it online for $650!
An other thing that goes well with pressure cleaning is window cleaning. I charge anything from $120 to $150 per hour. I do clean windows inside and out. If you don't have the equipment for height just do house with 2 stories or less or with balconies. They sell long poles to put the squeegees on at home depot. If you buy one size get the medium one (squeegee).
