I'm really starting to believe that "Teen" is really is Billy Kaplan and these are the reasons why; 1. Billy Kaplan is a reincarnation of the one the sons of Scarlet Witch and her husband Vision as in the comics Billy reincarnated from William Maximoff. Significant storylines for the character include his and his brother's search for their original mother, and I believe that will actually be part of the storyline of this series. 2. In the comics, Billy is known for being a prominent gay character in the Marvel Comics. Joe Locke, the actor is openly gay and fits the character perfectly. I, for one believe that the series will further establish that there's also Thomas Shepherd (Speed) and both him and Billy are identical but born into different families. The main reason Billy wanted Agatha's help is because he is looking for his real mother who is probably held captive by Mephisto. That's pretty much the reason why he'd even free Agatha from Wanda's spell. Also, check out 00:29, the colors the boy is wearing match Wiccan's in the comics including the headband.

It might make sense if Mephisto is trapped inside Teen and traveling The Witches Road is a necessary journey for him to return to his former glory. That would lead to the question of who trapped him.
