You never fail to make me chuckle, always a joy to watch and listen to. Love seeing all your progress and listening to your future plans. Heart charts are just right for Valentine's Day 😊❤
You are wonderful Sherrie, I smile so much when watching you, loved everything you showed. The cats are so very cute, loved them, have a great time in Wales next week, take care lovely lady ❤
I love seeing all the flosstuber's cats as I love cats but I can't have any as my wife is seriously allergic 😭. But the cats that I've had in my life growing up still have my heart ❤️ x
Great video as always. I love your stitching but my most favourite part are your gifts, it warms my heart to see all the little gifts you treat yourself to. ❤
I love your cats they are so pretty. Love watching your videos and they give me and my other half a great laugh. He won't let me watch them without him. I love the patterns and would love to make a cushion for my parents 35 wedding anniversary. Heart
So glad the 3 cats made an appearance. If only you knew how often I have to stop your videos and go shopping lol. Today it was Silverfox. I need to buy more like I need a hole in the head as well. I was looking at my Nimue, Fairy Dust this morning thinking I need to stitch this as I have had this for a looooooong time. Nimue, Butterfly also sits waiting with her lol. There is a “Fil Mohair thread” that is required for each of these patterns. I’m hoping you might be able to enlighten me as to what you think they might be. You’ve made some great progress on your wips. Happy Stitching and I look forward to seeing your next Flosstube and your beautiful gifts 🤗
Silver fox really is lovely and those Nimue patterns are just so delicate and pretty. Only came across them recently so it’s good to know someone else has them too ☺️
Hello Sherrie, Hope you are enjoying your Sunday, I’m catching up with flosstube and stitching, I love Margaret Sherry and I was so happy to see that the world of cross stitching continued to shared her designs after Margaret died, I had to stop buying the magazine though as it has got so expensive, Heart.
Margaret Sherry was a fab designer. I was raised on her designs back in the day but you’re right the magazines are expensive I got them at a cut price for a year ☺️
Loved your projects they are gorgeous. Male reindeer are called bulls, but sometimes stags, females are cows and babies are calves. The mirabillias are going to be stunning. The quaker sisters are really nice and i think the coulours are very complimentary.
Another fantastic flosstube Sherrie. Loved seeing the cats they are gorgeous. Enjoy your trip to nimble thimble so jealous I’d love to go. I don’t like Jim either but heart the way your cat walks and when you put the music on I roared with laughter hubby came in and asked was I ok 😂
Hello! Charlie as Tony Manero is priceless! I always love your floss tube, because I like your way of thinking on life and stitches. We all would like to live in New Hampshire (or Vermont? I think Vermont... ) with all that snow and forests nearby, wearing LLBean boots and being happy! I think that we always long for what we don't have, even if what we have is a lot! I will go out for a walk today following your path, because it's sunny, almost spring and there are 16 C°. I prefer to be inside watching flosstube and stitching, but I think a bit of exercise is good for me... My cat is staying in because I live under the railway and near a major road, so it's dangerous for him to be free as Charlie is. Happy Stitching!
Oh you’re dead right about wanting what we don’t have. I live next to the sea and lots of people would love to be where I am and there’s me moaning we don’t get snow because of the salt air. Posh problems right ☺️
I love February less as the 7th marks another year😂!! However, my heart fell for 'The Tudor Bee' so it's finally getting moved out of my stash and kitted up to begin on Wednesday as my daughter is coming to celebrate on Saturday with us - and I'll be happy to have a stitching day😊 Feeling for your boss as a sudden death is such a shock for everyone.
You can call a male reindeer a stag but usually it is called a bull and the other end of a needle is called the point. Enjoy the rest of your weekend you have most definitely earned it. You are great company and always make me smile. Thank you. Heart.
❤ Heart ❤ Thank you so much for the window into your stitching. It is so much appreciated especially when times are tough and a bit of "me time" is needed. You never fail make me smile.xxxx
That was a great thought to leave us with at the end! I love your fabric color choices. You have a good eye. It was a treat to see all three cats. I had a friend who actually trained her cat to walk on a leash. Now that was a spectacle!
Oh my days……you are an early bird, I am so so so not a morning person, but that sunrise was worth seeing, and sure a wee trot up the road with Charlie did your heart good I’m sure, Take care. Happy stitching.
My intention for today was to get all of my heart decorations out, but instead I have flitted from one project to another. It is gray outside and I think that is why I haven’t been able to settle. We haven’t had a cat for at least fifteen years. Seeing yours makes me miss the snuggles and purring. You have some lovely projects going. Enjoy your retail therapy and stitching trip!
Hi Sherrie, well all I can say is you might as well be good yourself cos if aren’t who will, and you exactly what you want so wiener winer chicken dinner, love seeing the fur babies, it broken my heart when lost our last girl, and my wife says she just cannot go through that heartache again, keep those needle sharp,
Oh you would love our snowstorm. My daughter had 50 cm and they are expecting another 50 to 100! Good old Atlantic Canada winter snowstorm. Love your sense of humor and all the stitching. Oh my love it all. As soon as you said not buying any more I thought ha Nashville market is coming😂. Heart is a great word for the month of love. My plans are full coverage February if I don’t go crazy! Have fun at your retail retreat! Lol
@@justsewsherrie well it’s still snowing they have over 150 cm! It’s amazing, son in law been on roof trying to lessen the load,4 ft drifts all way up driveway. They have been taking turns shovelling as it’s too deep for the kids to move much as only 2.5 and 5 “9”
I am quite certain that by the end of 2024 you will have joined Sarah and I and had 50 new starts! You just won't be able to resist starts and the number will creep up and surprise you! The best thing to do though is just to do it your way and enjoy it! Wonderful to catch up with you and have a great weekend away! Xx
Loving those quakers pieces, I’m not sure I would have the drive to do one every month, but good on ya for keeping up so far, life is never dull when you have cats that is for certain, but if you didn’t have them you would only end up talking to yourself, like I do 😂Heart please Sherrie, See you soon.
Your flosstudes are so fun to watch and your stitching beautiful. As for the male reindeer 🦌 I had to go find out and they are called bulls. They had to be different lol
Haha Sherrie, I’m an enabler lol. Enjoy stitching Eleanor Rigby, it was brilliant to finally get that one finished at the stitchy group! And you’re stitching Winter Quaker too…not long finished that and I loved it! I’ve got the autumn one to do if you’re up for a SAL later in the year :) Heart Suzanne x
Well you don’t have to sound so happy about it 🙄 I’m creased at how much of a failure I really am now 🤣🤣🤣 trying desperately to find a silver lining but there’s just rust where I’m looking 🙈😂😂

Lol I told my friend I would have 3 yrs to finish everything I have if I even thought of doing 70 starts. My birthday is 31st dec so choose 70 and start jan 1, 2027! Uh yea don’t think so. Lol
Sherrie, I keep a pending box or large clear scrapbooking envelope 12x12" for charts I've ordered floss for. When I was majorly kitting, I separated the DMC charts from the specialty threads charts as well.
Just found you on floss tube and subscribed as soon as I heard your accent and SOH. Love the Heart patterns. Looking forward to catching up with your previous uploads and future ones xx
Between your sense of humor and your soothing voice, you warm my heart and tickle my funnybone. Add in your stitching and general patter, and I am hooked. Peace and condolences.
We just to have a cat who (I swear) thought he was a dog, he just flow us when we went for a walk and my hubby used to have to carry him back home and lock him in the house, we are in the country so not a lot of footpath,, we found ourselves sneaking out when he was sleeping, he was a real character, we lost him 2012 and we still miss him, he definitely took a piece of my heart when he went, Charlie is stunning.
Love your videos and the cat sightings were a bonus. I only have one cat called Benji, he's lush. A retreat with friends sounds lovely, good to know that there's some decent needlework shops to visit in UK, no LNS close to me in Herefordshire really, will have to consider a road trip! heart
I just love the tale of Charlie’s walk. How will you settle the custody case if you move? I’m always in giggles when I watch your videos. Your stitching is beautiful and I appreciate your presents. I’ve got a big girl I put in my 24 in 24. She is my first. I need to finish kitting her up. I think I’m going to use a scroll frame.
With hand dyed threads, if I'm using 2 strands I'll use 1 strand from each skein, then it sort of blends a bit better and you can't tell that you have 2 different dye lots. Or I'll try and use each skein for different parts of the pattern, then it isn't noticeable. That only works if the pattern is in nice easy sections though lol! Xx
As always Sherrie loved having your company this afternoon 😃. You cheer me up no end. We have stunning sunsets in Norfolk, my favourite place is down at our local harbour(its only tiny). Good to see all your progress. That was somewhat annoying getting two different tones of the same name.d/numbered thread. Personally i wouldn't purchase dyed threads from that shop.(thats just me i get peeved off by little things like that) hopefully you'll have enough in the one skein.Loved seeing your two plus one cats. Heart. (I think that was the word). Enjoy the footie. Stay safe🤗
Hi Sherrie, please tell your director I send my deepest sympathies , but for you and your team as well. Your cats are so beautiful!!!! Heart Sending hugs, karen
Enjoyed all your shares. Your cats are so pretty. I love that you let them come to you when they need affection, even though you’re filming. The one cat … as soon as you looked back at him, that was his cue to come to you! So sweet. That warms my heart ❤️.
Love the monthly quakers, anyone who is up to May already is just showing off lol, As this is Valentines month and all things heart, roses and red I am stitching a couple of small pieces for my Valentines decor, I’m not usually a red person, but my Valentines decor was looking a bit sparse.
Heart for the month of love, perfect!! It’s my birthday on Monday so I really love the month of love. Give the kitties 🐈⬛ a good lovey snuggle 🥰 and have a beautiful day ❤
@@justsewsherrie it was lovely 🥰 I told my hubby that starting a new special cross stitch project on you birthday is a thing, lol so I started Bella Filipina Hummingbird Pixie 🧚🏻 and it’s amazing 😻
I heart all your projects. I have just bought the 1 across 3 down longdog and plan to do it in blues on grey. love seeing your progress, please share if a male reindeer is also a stag when you find put :)
Yep, I'm with you. I'd be severely peed off if someone didn't have the sense to try to match the two threads. The same batch, at least. That's from two dye batches 🤬 I got pony blue needles from amazon . Its definitely a stag 😊 Heart ❤
Hi I love all your projects & I would love to be able to stitch at your rate! 😂. I'd like to put my 2 pennies worth into the ring regarding deers/stags. I was told or read somewhere that traditionally the reindeer that are associated with xmas are FEMALE & yes they have horns too. However if I am wrong I am happy to be corrected 😊. Oh I love that Nimue Fairy dust you bought xx
Hiya pet , Hope you are well, wow up at the crack of dawn and out for a walk, you are keen, isn’t Charlie just a gorgeous cuddle bug, we used to have two brothers who slept with us on the bed, they didn’t get on, and if one flicked a tail anywhere near the other it was like ww3 and it always happened in the middle of the night, both sadly passed now, but they definitely left paw prints on your heart, look after yourself.
I am determined NOT to start 50 this year... I will probably BUY 50 projects though at the rate I am going. So instead of STARTING 50 for my 50th, I'm likely just going to buy 50 things LOL... I don't know if I can even get 24 in 2024 LOL I haven't even 24 WIPS yet...
Love it when I see you’ve got another flosstube out ❤ so enjoy watching you and love your gifts to yourself although always get tempted by something 😂 I’m going to start my first Teresa Kogut this month (27th) Remember Me - for my mum ❤💔 sending big hugs for you and your boss 😢 heart. Where do you find all the retreats? I’m going to 4 this year but always seem to miss seeing other ones 🤔☹️ great to see your furry friends xx

Oh that colour way sounds more like me but I’ve started so I’ll finish now 😤 ☺️
Yep, I'm with you. I'd be severely peed off if someone didn't have the sense to try to match the two threads. The same batch, at least. That's from two dye batches 🤬 I got pony blue needles from amazon . Its definitely a stag 😊 Heart ❤
Oh thank you for the info. I’ll get onto Amazon ☺️
I think you are right Audrey, I remember my daughter telling me recently it’s the lasses that actually pull Santa round the world ☺️
Okay, I found a website: anatomy of a sewing machine needle which breakscdown the parts. Who knew? I'm 68 and sewn most all my life! Dumbfounded!
Ooooh I’m gobsmacked ! The things we learn 🤣
Oh they’re a terrible loss when they go so I hear you. My heart is full of paw prints 🐾
There’s nothing wrong with having a few wips. As far as I’m aware the cross stitch police don’t care how many wips we either have or don’t have ☺️
Love it when I see you’ve got another flosstube out ❤ so enjoy watching you and love your gifts to yourself although always get tempted by something 😂 I’m going to start my first Teresa Kogut this month (27th) Remember Me - for my mum ❤💔 sending big hugs for you and your boss 😢 heart.
Where do you find all the retreats? I’m going to 4 this year but always seem to miss seeing other ones 🤔☹️ great to see your furry friends xx
Oh I’m so sorry about your mum, loss is always difficult 😞 as for the retreats I usually find out about them at other retreats just by chatting although I think there’s a facebook page somewhere 🤔
@@justsewsherrie thanks ❤️ I’m looking forward to meeting you in person xx
Oooh where at? Should I know this already? Its a miracle I made it to adulthood really 😂😂😂
@@justsewsherrie lol 😂 me too 😉 my memory is shocking but I do remember from a previous message we were going to same retreat, think it was Wrexham in may but I could be wrong 😑😂
No I’m not doing that one. Big stitch and gloss friends uk I’m doing ☺️
