    You are lovely! I was just wondering if, since making this video, you had any issues with mold growing in the pan?

      Thank you so much and no I haven't experienced that, have you? I will be more cautious of that

    hey :) i loved it...would u please tell me..can i use fresh aloevera gel from plant?

    • @sistachichi8770
      @sistachichi8770  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey I honestly think that it might be better to use because it might be more moisturizing. I have found that these get a little dry after some time.

    hi is that glycerin is oil ?? i dont know what is this but i buy glycerin oil so can i use it

    • @sistachichi8770
      @sistachichi8770  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      glycerin is actually not an oil. I have not heard of glycerin oil but the texture is very similar to castor oil

    • @Funnycats-l1v
      @Funnycats-l1v 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      thnxx its same like glycerin but little oily

    • @sistachichi8770
      @sistachichi8770  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Im not sure if that will work but I would still try it just because it might work even better than mines. I found that mines ending up being a little to dry. The extra oils in yours might help.

    • @sistachichi8770

      I got mines from Michael's or walmart but they are craft glitter and not safe for the eye so please use them at your own discretion

    • @sistachichi8770
      @sistachichi8770  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey girly i did not get the notification of your comment otherwise i would have replied sooner. If your glitter is not drying it could be one of two things.
      1. you have too much glycerin in your mixture
      2. Try Pressing the glitter with a coin wrapped in paper towel to help remove excess moisture and hep pack the glitters together

    Can skip alcohol?????

    • @sistachichi8770
      @sistachichi8770  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I wouldn't skip the alcohol because if you do it will stay a liquid consistency forever. I would just use a less amount of alcohol because now I am finding that it is drying out too much.

  • @catvalentine2222
    @catvalentine2222 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    I waited 24 hours and its still liquid :( not drying at all.. What am i doing wrong?

    • @sistachichi8770
      @sistachichi8770  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't know why i did't get the notification for your comment but im not exactly sure the alcohol is what is going to dry it out to a certain extent so make sure that you have 3 parts alcohol and 1,2 parts aloe vera and glycerin. Im guessing glycerin might be your issue.

    • @Throatgoat-ru2uu
      @Throatgoat-ru2uu 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it's the aloe.... it makes it gel like and never dries. I just use three parts alcohol 91% and one part glycerin

      I think a fellow subscriber said the same thing. She said it was the glycerin that was causing it not to dry

    those are beautiful however the glitter is not intended for use on the eye...you could damage your cornea...there are special glitters meant for the eye...not craft glitter from Michaels :(

  • @LaurenJayx0
    @LaurenJayx0 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Don't use craft glitter! It's so bad for your eyes! You should always purchase cosmetic grade glitter to make pressed glitter! Also - add a preservative to prevent mold! You can purchase everything you need off of TKBTrading.com!!

  • @alyssalizette9350
    @alyssalizette9350 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    PLEEAASSEE make sure you use poly glitter. Craft glitter can scratch your cornea and be super irritating.

    hi. can u please tell me where u purchased glitter and cost? thank you. Just a little advice given with good intentions. ...you need to speak a little louder, as ur barely audible on either of my tablets and the background music needs to be softer, or actually u don't even need it. tfs

      Hi thank yo so much I got the glitter from Michael's crafts store and i will keep the audio in mind next time Thanks for watching.

    • @shanakarlsen3952

      Omg!!!! R u aware that craft glitter cannot be used on the eyes??? It's unsafe!! U have to use a cosmetic grade glitter that is not as sharp as craft kind, and has some different properties. U can do significant damage to ur eyes with the wrong kind of glitter. Cosmetic glitter is milled much finer, which is y it's also more expensive. If u like, I can give u info on where to buy them. PLEASE DON'T USE THE CRAFT GLITTER ANYMORE! !!!

    • @sistachichi8770
      @sistachichi8770  8 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yes i am very aware about craft store glitter and cosmetic grade glitter and i have all the information that i need. I have been wearing glasses for 13 years and i have been wearing contacts for 3 years which means i see my optometrist regularly. I have asked them every single time i go to my visits if there are any scratches on my cornea and if the glitter i am using is safe and they have told me with time without number that it is ok it just depends on how often you are using them. I have even brought in these same packs of glitter for them to examine and my two different optometrist have said they are finely milled enough for me to use. Thank you for your concern my eyes mean more to me than anyone else's and they are very important to me. I wouldn't want to put them in any severe danger and that is why sometimes it is also important to do your own research with your own professionals full of people that actually know you to find out what is best for you. Thanks for your concern again and thanks for watching.

    Cosmetic grade ONLY!!!!

  • @lorenamendoza727
    @lorenamendoza727 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    So you used just whatever glitter... it didn't have to technically be "cosmetic glitter" ?

    • @sistachichi8770
      @sistachichi8770  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I personally did but it is definitely not as safe as using cosmetic glitter. At the end of the day you can use whatever glitter you want.
