it will for sure get overlooked, especially with everything else that's coming out this year. But as it's Square Enix, and the first new Mana game in literal ages... I think it'll do fine overall. Man... never thought I'd see the day where Kevin is actively looking forward to a game that's not turn-based :p the old Kevin wouldn't believe it if he saw it XD
The art style is HACCAN's, he's fairly distinct and doesn't fit into any particular category. He keeps in the tradition of fairytale look. His early stuff is most like Arthur Rackham, and you can still see it in his modern stuff to an extent and that's a good thing.
@@Cyrus_Bright It reminds me of the 90's JRPGs. The distinct difference from old anime-like styles in JRPGs and newer JRPGs is that the 90's JRPGs give a feeling on innocence, honesty and humble characters. The more modern anime-like JRPs are more about "being cool" and always looking uninterested and pouty. Really unlikeable characters, not all though, just many. The older style complements fairy tale fantasy while more contemporary styles ruin the immersion because the heroes aren't likeable. Again, not all.
I'm not late for once definitely loved thoughts of it think interesting game I'll definitely buy it sometime in future through my backlog pretty big lol
Yes it does have JP voices, and you can swap the characters that are shown in the party. Hinna wasn't a playable character in the demo so I'm not sure if she's going to be in the future, or if she'll stay a support role
Sad you didn't mention the funny Beyblade glitch with Morley. Which was insanely funny to watch in the first Demo video. I swear he would have just kept spinning forever in that exact position. I will not buy this game since I am not really into action RPGs that much. And I also have no money. Like, I need to buy Daybreak 2 so I can play it in 2026. I also do not own a system that can run this game. And I also have no money. Why does fate tempt me so? There are so many games I still want to buy without new releases. Anyway, enjoy the game when you play it on your system Cyrus.
I thought I did talk about it? xD I think somewhere around the 8-10-minute mark if my memory serves me correctly 🤔 I probably would've kept spinning unto eternity, lol. Not having money is always the worst, at least we have all kinds of things already in our backlogs to keep us occupied ^^ I'll probably get it on Steam down the line, as it's the only system I can record things on right now 😂 hope you've had a good day/night Nikita!
Definitely answer is YES
Definitely not biased in any way, nope :p I'll be excited to play it... one day xD hope you enjoy it yourself!
It's definitely going to be a hidden gem of 2024. 10/10 will play at some point. xD

It's a great art style! Definitely stands out next to all the more "generic" anime style games on the market

2 question's:
1. do the game have Japanese voice option ?
2. Can you change wat caracter you control ?. Exempel i want to play Hinna in sted of Val.

@@Cyrus_Bright ok THX. ^^
No Hinna is definitely not a playable Character.
