I found the music you mentioned, right after "08 Peppermint Patty", but it appears to be included in "Bus Me". I was unable find a break point to separate it. "09 Bus Me" is a long track with Vince on the Electric Guitar with backup Bass. It runs for about 1 :40 . Sorry the quality of the track is not so great. The AI software did what it could.
This special is an odd one, soundtrack wise. The different language dubs have the music in different spots relative to the dialogue and sound effects compared to the original English audio. Until either a 5.1 mix turns up or they do a remastered soundtrack, this is the best we have. The tail end of track 2 is also cut off because that's where the Dolly Madison ad was originally.

All of the soundtracks & alternate takes for which the original master tapes can be located will be released by Lee Mendelson Film Productions in coming years. "It Was a Short Summer, Charlie Brown" (1969) was just released this week.
"5centsplease" seems to indicate it occurs after "Peppermint Patty". However the AI extracted audio matches up with "Bus Me" (a Guaraldi Electric Guitar track) and no "Apple Jack".

One of the best Guaraldi soundtracks for the TV series
Apple Jack is indeed in the special, it's in the scene where Charlie Brown is walking away after hearing what Peppermint Patty says about him.

I always use the English Audio track. This special only appears in 1 channel mono though.

The copy I have is 1912x1072p 2ch AAC. All of the FX is mixed into the music. I tried AI and the results were not good.
