It's Just Gardening.

Just looked it up about the fruit dropping prematurely. If you know the watering is appropriate and consistent, it said it's the heat that's making them drop. It said anything over it's perfect high temp of 77° will make it begin to have issues. And you've been having heat WAY over that.

Not in ground, you have to put in pot then bring inside during winter.

I am not an expert on Passion Fruit, but it looks like that it needs fertilizer, Sun and Water. Like any others fruit trees some will drop if the tree can't support all the fruits.
