This gene cluster theory immediately clicked for me it explains ALL my health issues as well as the health issues throught my entire family tree going back generations
As someone who is autistic and on the spectrum and regularly suffers from Anxiety, Depression and has both ADHD and ASD and even OCD, this makes a whole lot of sense to me somewhat. I may not completely understand as of it but I kinda get the gist of it. It really does explain alot as I do suffer a lot mentally and have done for years and still do now, even my body as I've gotten older has started to display more physical side effects to this stuff such as more frequent panic attacks and anxiety which mixed in with my severe hypochondria is not great as I'm always living every day feeling like I'm going to die from some freak illness or condition despite being told before by doctor's that my heart, lungs etc are fine and that pulse is just a bit faster than it should be but not too dangerous. They mostly told me it could be a side effect of my medications or even my life style, perhaps both but it could be genetic which is how I learned about pots. My question though is can I ever truly recover or nullify these symptoms or am I stuck like this because it is ruining my life and making my mental health so much worse than it already is. Also what about those of us who do have these conditions? If it's in our genes that would mean we can pass it on right? Which means technically we likely shouldn't have children or anything in the future because it would then be passed down to them.
Have you taken a DNA test? My twin took one on family tree DNA and bought the upgrades to teach us about the genes. It taught me so much, then you can research your genes and begin supplementing what your body can't produce. Try it out! Although, even with the supplements, I've been having massive anxiety this week. Maybe I'll stop eating sugar for good.
Interesting information. How sad and unfortunate it would be if a child was born with this mutation and was also raised with toxic parents. I didn't know this existed. Thanks for sharing.
Yes, I agree, but with this often comes a lot of strengths, including a strong drive to understand and grow beyond what they've experienced. Thank you for commenting.

Wow, when you talk about yourself, it sounds like you're taking about me. Nearly everything that you had going on, I do as well. I wish I was able to get to work with you and get my life back. 😔

That’s me
Ok now I have a suspicion that this is HIGHLY related to autism/adhd, I gotta see some correlations because this is blowing my mind
Yes. You are correct. You might google RCCX theory CAPs profile and read Dr. Meglathery's traits for CAPs

Can you recommend the test that checks for these gene mutations please?
There are not tests to check for these mutations at this time.
genesight ! they tested me all the way back in 2018 and that’s how i discovered i have the double MTHFR mutation , CYP1A2 and other various mutations
What has really changed my life is getting stellate ganglion nerve blocks
Thank you for sharing that. So glad you found something that worked well for you.

That's really interesting. Yes...Low stress tolerance is definitely an issue here. It sounds like he had good insight into what worked for him.
