- Tim McIlrath's part of the movie, The Other F Word. I do not own this movie, it belongs to its rightful owners.
"The Other F Word is a raucous, eye-opening, sad and unexpectedly wise look at veteran punk rockers as they adapt to the challenges of fatherhood. To be sure, watching foul- mouthed, colorfully inked musicians attempt to fit themselves into Ward Cleaver's smoking jacket provides for some consistently hilarious situational comedy, but the film's deeper delving into a whole generation of artists clumsily making amends for their own absentee parents could strike a resonant note with anyone (punk or not) who's stumbled headfirst into family life." - Andrew Barker, Variety
Dads:Jim Lindberg, Rob Chaos, Fat Mike, Flea, Jack Grisham, Tony Hawk, Mark Hoppus, Tim McIlrath etc.
"are you a playhouse tycoon?" ahhhh that part kills me
I can't believe she thinks her father is not a cool dad. XD
Pearl Jangjiravat what would you think if your father was gone 2 years at a time touring
Shes just being rebellious like her dad

This movie actually introduced me to Rise Against. Been one of my favorite bands ever since.
I wish i can meet Tim Mcllrath
Christiaan Le Roux I have! He’s such a nice guy. They all are!
I love these debates below, if you are arguing if Rise Against is punk or not, you already don't understand punk rock lol. Its about doing your own thing, so putting requirements on it is backwards.
If youre even debating if Rise Agaisnt is punk or not----youre not...this video says it all
Punk's textbook definition is basically jusr rebel against everything
not saying i dont agree but its kind of ironic to try to define punk by saying there is no definition.
they are both just the cutest things
"are you a playhouse tycoon?" you just gotta love tim..
Playhouse tycoon. Cant stop laughing 😆
LMAO
Tom is such a chill dude
Dad goals :'(
Keeping up with the mcllrath's now thats something id watch x)

i love it. tim's daughter is so infatuated with the internet (like any young girl would be), but tim is subtly trying to shy her away from that bullshit. tim mcllrath is a g.

What exactly did you mean by "the other F word"?
The movie is named that. It has to do with punk rock artists becoming fathers.

Nah, its not lol. Because the movie "The Other F Word" is centered around other punk rock-type bands, not only Rise Against.
So disappointed to see a Mac on that table. For that you failed as a father, Tim.
ok although I hate Apple Computers, of course this is a joke.
Eduardo Gomes Filho HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...wait...what ? now I realized that wasn't funny :d
I agree. As if Macs weren't bad enough, it's become a status thing
+FroztiProductions It's superior when it comes to music and video production, and is a standard for most producers. I prefer PC for various reasons, but Macs have their benefits.
It's marketing, brother. I am a producer. I use cubase and fl studio on a pc and they run exactly the same as the macs I used at school or in friends studios. A guy did a test, with his 2000 dollar pc against the 3000 dollar mac. They rendered video at about the same speed.
+FroztiProductions Macs suck at a lot of things, A LOT of things, however, they are great for music and graphic design, that's where they actually manage to be good for reasons other than marketing. Almost all of the proper studios use macs for this reason. It's not much of an issue to run a couple of instruments or maybe do simple stuff on a PC, and you can indeed do quite a bit with a well-built one. However, when it comes to running several things at once and recording loads and loads of tracks on Pro Tools, the Mac is better. Also, Logic Pro costs hardly anything, mostly because of Apple wanting to use it as a way of selling the Mac to one of its main audiences, and it works brilliantly. Also, just out of curiosity, are you a producer as in someone who produces music for other bands? Or as in a person who makes beats? Because, I've heard thos two being used interchangeably quite a bit.
Finally somebody with at least half a brain.
Is that leather in his car?!
if he was my father...
"punk rockstar" is an oxymoron. There's no such thing as a rockstar who plays punk
You've never heard of googling lyrics? You should know this, Jesus.
