Thanks! I'm glad that I went with nougat. I was originally going with dark brown, but to my surprise, I don't have any 1x1 rounds in dark brown. I went with nougate and can agree it looks better.
Yooo!! So happy your back! First time I watched your vids were around last year when I got into star Wars! I was so sad to see you stop uploading and when you did that clone trooper moc vid I was so excited! Didn't watch the video before this but I definitely will after! You are definitely one of my and others favorite lego moc builders!
Absolutely awesome build. I remember watching videos when you were learning how to do "rock-work"...well it seems you are a pro at it now. Like all aspects of this MOC.
Thanks for the great and kind feedback! much appreciated. I wouldn't say "pro," but I'm glad a few techniques have worked out and looked pretty good. I would like to try this technique on a little bigger scale and see how it looks.
When I was a kid, the Castle theme was my absolute favorite. Second to Star Wars now, I still love Castle and need to get back into that theme myself. The color palette in your watch tower here really came together well!
Welcome back man! Good to see you building again, absolutely love this MOC! I could see a Black falcons Crest somewhere over the door but dude, stellar work!
@@slipstream7363 thanks man! Great to share a build! and yes! that would have been great to add a crest over the door. I’ll remember something like that for the next build.
Overall it looks awesome, Epic work on it all around, The one nitpick is there some of the walls are a bit monotonous, maybe flipping a mason brick around, or a standard 1x2, or 2-3 1 brick area of greebling on each side would take it for an Awesome build to an Epic build. I know I've played with 1x2 tiles so perpendicular to the wall so it sticks out just a little bit, it looks horrible on the other side, but great on the outside.
I love the tree and your double-arched windows. My one suggestion, if you make another, is that the top widens too soon relative to the archer’s platform; it seems oversized. I would keep it at the same width as the rest of the tower for another five layers or so.
Needs some details and weathering. Like the first 1 or 2 rows of bricks using olive green or some other "dirty" colours. Some vines running up one side. Some bricks along the wall that look like it has been repaired by different materials. A banner or crest somewhere on the wall. Or a flag pole at the top. Maybe even a wooden roof at the top of the tower.
This looks amazing mate! The tree looks fantastic, especially with the added nougat! So good to have you back!

I like the dark green terrain, i want to incorporate more of thst color into my builds.
@@coconutbricksstudios yea, I like dark green and it allows for good contrast with the grass pieces etc. thanks for checking out the video!

Thank you so much for subscribing! welcome! and I'll definitely build more Castle MOCs. Do you like Star Wars as well?
@@Brickanics haha nope never got into Star Wars (my wallet thanks me), but I like interesting Lego builds ;)
Glad to see your back. Love the new approach showing finished element and then walking through how you created it.
That’s great feedback! and could definitely be something I continue to include in videos. Thanks 🙌

This looks fantastic! I really like that rockwork technique!
Thank you! I'm glad you like the way it turned out.
Well done, the mason bricks give it a cobble stone look like on real castles, the color blocking is good too.
Awesome! thanks for the great feedback, I appreciate it.
You finally made it to the light side of the lego moc/fandom!! Go castle!
@@TT-Bricks haha, yea. I’m really enjoying the theme. I’ve always been a big medieval fan.

It's not technic pin connector, it's a plate, modified
