@@lindasunyt Hey, Linda! @@kkronkk Firstly you can’t spot reduce fat, it will go away first wherever your body choses to! Embrace the body type you’ve been given. Second of all the only way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit, eating healthy absolutely doesn’t guarantee this but it is good for your overall health. So if you’ve hit a plateau it might be time to decrease your calories and make sure you’re eating less calories than you burn in a day without getting overly obsessive about it. Lastly, you’re doing everything right, don’t start burning yourself out and reducing your diet to nothing, it’ll just set you way back. It’s a slow process, be patient! :D

Hi Linda!!! I’d just like to say that you’ve helped me so much in life and with my relationship with food/exercise. Please don’t stop doing what you’re doing
I love how happy you are, especially from eating NOURISHING foods. Something I've noticed that when I eat processed foods and binge in them (I'm a chocolatholic) I always seem to punish myself and not eat anything else for the rest of the day or even 2 days, rather then nourishing my body with the nutrients it needs. But when I eat non processed foods, and more foods which suit my body and the mood it's in, I feel so much more happier mentally and physically... mainly mentally. Your videos have made me so happy, and I love how you applied to both genders, and mentioned women's menstrual cycles. But I am super happy that you posted a video again. I haven't even watched it yet, but I am already sure that I will love it. Thank you for being you and doing what you do.🥰
Sometimes I feel really bad about my diet and my work out. Cause I always think I am not committed enough. Videos like this give me a better feeling of my food choices and my training plans. Currently seeing no progress made me feel down. Thanks for the reminder that there is not that one perfect way for everyone.
My best tips for eating on a budget. 1. Look at sales and plan your meals around items that are on sale, if possible. 2. frozen fruit and vegetables can sometimes, depending where you live, be cheaper than fresh 3. canned fish 4. Frozen fish 5. buy plain oats and customize them yourself instead of buying the prepackaged flavored varieties. 6. Eat your leftovers or make smaller portions. wasting food is wasting money 7. If you have the storage space, buy in bulk/family packages and separate into portions, especially meat when it's on sale 8. buy dry beans and lentils and cook it yourself. It takes a little time and planning but can save you money in the longrun. 9. make your own sweets/treats/desserts 10. Invest in storage containers that can go from the freezer into the microwave and/or the oven. Just remember glass dishes from the fridge or freezer either go into a cold oven or need to be left out to warm to room temperature before going into a hot oven or you will break the glass dish. 11. Invest in some popsicle molds and a blender. Make yourself a smoothie to use up fruit before it goes bad and freeze the left overs in the popsicle molds and then you have a frozen treat for another day. You can also use an ice cube tray. 12. Put left over coffee or tea into ice cube trays and freeze. Next time you want an iced coffee or tea, pop a few into the hot drink and voila. Or you can use them to blend up a fancy coffee drink. 13. don't be afraid to try a new ingredient, food or recipe. 14. Look at recipes and customize them to your tastes. I can't tolerate anything spicy, so if I see a recipe that gets my interest but it calls for spices or chili peppers, I either use less, or just leave it out. It might not taste the exact same but it's still good and I won't be suffering with heartburn afterwards.

Small tip; blend you chia with avocado, sweetener and cacao powder - promise its good! (Plus blended chia can make and easy vegan yogurt with plant based milks) (sometimes a sweet potato is also a nice addition in the pudding blend)
hi Linda, pretty sure on most grounded flax seed packs, it recommends you refrigerate after opening, and I've found out that if you refrigerate the grounded flax, then it won't get that sour taste! :)

I've always had problems with my period, acne, humor changes, and lately period pain, since I started it, I'm doing soo mucho better, my period comes every month(I usually would get it like 3 times a year), the acne got better, no period pain, low energy or humor changes. I strongly recomend it, especially if u have a PCO syndrome❤

2. frozen fruit and vegetables can sometimes, depending where you live, be cheaper than fresh
3. canned fish
4. Frozen fish
5. buy plain oats and customize them yourself instead of buying the prepackaged flavored varieties.
6. Eat your leftovers or make smaller portions. wasting food is wasting money
7. If you have the storage space, buy in bulk/family packages and separate into portions, especially meat when it's on sale
8. buy dry beans and lentils and cook it yourself. It takes a little time and planning but can save you money in the longrun.
9. make your own sweets/treats/desserts
Congratulations for 1 million ❤❤❤❤

Small tip; blend you chia with avocado, sweetener and cacao powder - promise its good! (Plus blended chia can make and easy vegan yogurt with plant based milks) (sometimes a sweet potato is also a nice addition in the pudding blend)
Her videos are truly so amazing to watch I learn something each time, love you Linda 🫶❤️🤭
queen!!! i just love your videos. they give me so much comfort and make me feel good :)
hi Linda, pretty sure on most grounded flax seed packs, it recommends you refrigerate after opening, and I've found out that if you refrigerate the grounded flax, then it won't get that sour taste! :)
Your video is really awesome! I love how you says that we can actually like and use all these diets throughout the days, we don't have to choose one and restrict ourselves to try out new delicious foods 😄
I got recommended this video and instantly subscribed! Been dealing with creating a diet that's right for me and this is so helpful!!! Love all the effort you put into this
Linda your channel is actually really inspiring! Keep up good work
The fact that she hadn’t post in a while it’s making us miss her so much🫶🏼❤
wake up peeps, LINDA POSTEDDD
Linda's the only TH-camr who has helped me fall in love with food🥺. So I thank u for this because I had a eating disorder but now. I can eat guilt free😁🥰 .
Linda I also love nutrition by Kylie! I didn't think too much about how westernized nutrition studies were, and I also stopped eating a lot of my cultural food on my journey to eat "healthier". Since watching Kylie's content I've been trying to come back from that. I super appreciate your including a perfect cultural diet day. Thank you ❤
