Now a comparo between a new RS457 & Pre owned Ninja 650 will be great
Bhai 15 din se pareshan hu ise leke koi service centre me sun ne ko razi nhi h bs bar bar sir kr rhe h fault dekh rhe h bs or koi bahana nhi h saalo p bekar brand h bilkul koi mat lo is bike ko kbhi koi dikkat aa gyi to rote rhoge sir pkd kr koi nhi sunega jb se li b uske din bad se hi service centre me khadi h abhi tk in logo ko fault nhi pta chl rha h
that front number plate holder and saree guard will give a stroke to the italian designers
😂😂😂
+1
Still, better off than the ones on the windshield which obstruct your view and feel of the bike. The saree guard will be the first to go off after delivery
Not a stroke a trip to heaven is more perfect term for this 😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
That Saree Guard 😭😭 No sane person is sitting on this bike, sideways, as a pillion, wearing a Saree 😭😭
This is the funniest thing I saw and was about to comment. lool
That's a legal requirement for a bike in India
@@abhishah7139 I KNOW! My Harley had one, didn't remove. But I removed the one on Tiger. Bengaluru police stopped me once, but they too understood the pain and let me go.
First thing after buying this bike is to remove the saree guard
You underestimate Indian mothers bruv
Aprillia Had Done A Great Job By Entering India With This Beast 👏 ❤
I hope Aprilia finds success with this model..
Autocar India with 4K upload...
Now thats a bloody improvement
1:33 that black circle around bike fooled me thinking that my mobile screen is cracked 😂
Still swiping off
Reviewed well. Please continue using this studio set up, pleasing to watch.
Kudos to Aprilia for launching such a beast in Indian markets. I rarely clutch onto my seat in anticipation for a bike review but this one definitely got me on my toes and wanting to test ride for potential purchase
This video really helped me to clarify all my doubts. No regret of booking it.
congrats 🎉
@autocarindia - this is a new format of review that you have used and let me tell you this is way better than the conventional format that you used to do. Detailed yet crisp, Covering all major points from the perspective of a buyer. Great Work !!!!
Great analysis, Rishaad. This is the best Autocar India review in a very long time, perhaps even in decades.👍👏🙌
Watching my favourite motorcycle reviewer reviewing my favourite (and hopefully next) sports motorcycle on a Sunday afternoon after homemade lunch…life’s good😌
noticed number plate was vibrating during ride
appreciate your detailed review.
Loved it.
Saree guard shouldn't be made mandatory in sports bike,im fine in communter like splendor and other low cc bikes.
Removed mine on my 457 from the showroom itself
all made in india bikes with pillion seat will have that as mandatory
Remove pillion seat by putting seat cover (comes as an accessory) problem solved and saree guard gone 😅
@@nemesiszz mandatory for the manufacturer to install at sale. Not for the owner to keep.
A man who identifies as a woman 😂@@cosmicvortex2
Simply a masterpiece. Always knew the RS457 would hit it out of the park!
Proud KTM and Aprilia owner here.
❤❤❤
Great review Rishaad.. loved watching the 📷 in 4K quality ❤

My Duke 390 laughing in the corner with all the jerks and unstable fueling and ghet ghet ghet in the traffiic in low rpms
Lol yeah, but the fact that people compare this beast with a single cylinder 373 cc beast is probably the best compliment.
But the Duke will have better fuel efficiency because of this
Duke is 400 cc now@@thatpulsarguy
Nice review there. I would have loved to see some more details like the headlight performance at night, and also something about the pillion seat and comfort.
As mentioned in video, you can go only if u need sports bike for a racing or weekly ride… it’s has a slightly aggressive riding position, so its not meant for daily commute as u will definitely feel wrist pain and back pain… I just rode this bike. It’s a performance beast and it’s very smooth as well..
People daily the R15, this is much easier on your body than that bike.
Highly dependent on the rider. People daily R15, RCs. If you have good physique, you exercise well and you know how to have proper posture on bike, you won't have any issues.
Very good review, as always Rishaad.
This is the review I needed before making the decision to go for this!
This the review I was waiting for.thanks Rishab
Great review. 👍
Wish we had inputs on Pillion seat comfort
Very good review as always Rishabh n team autocar India. Please do a similar review for triumph scrambler 400x too

what is the GroundClearance & WheelBase specs ?
will it be an issue within city limits with bad roads ??
Great review and analysis🌼🌼
love the bike, would like to keep this next to the 765 rs
Gotta say,
Aprilia just dropped a banger and completely shook the segment. It's a bit expensive but it's worth the money.
Does it have an option to put a tail bag for touring purpose?
what riding shoes are you using ?
How about seating position sir ? I am thinking about back pain. Do I need to purchase handlebar riser ? Or the seating position is okay (without riser) like Kawasaki ?
you are so lucky you are getting to ride this beast
Fantastic video🤎🤎.Brother pls make this kinds of Informative video for the New R 3🤎🤎
I would really like to know more about the shoes you have on.Any reference would be appreciated.
The bike may have a few cons but your review is superlative 😎💪 excellent piece
That's all cool but what about after sales service quality and parts availability?
Great review ❤
Very nicely explained 👍🏻
Any option that we can improve the brake system or something???
Rishaad bhai what brand are thode riding jeans from?
Any info about service periods? ?
Can a beginner sports bike rider buy this bike with the experience of only riding commuter bikes ?
Aprilia has done a fantastic job. Waiting for the tuono 457. I hope they don’t detune the engine like they did on the tuono 660.
The only problem with the faired motorcycles on Indian roads are, they tend to make this rattling sound after a year of using it due to the conditions of the roads here in India.
Requesting for Nx 500 ride and overall review
Lovely review
What Dainese jacket is that?
Will there be a naked and roadster version of this bike in the future
What about pillion ?
What about yamaha r3? Which one is better? 😅
Will there be tuono version
I Love The White Background man Continue With It...
No bro at night it will hurt eyes😂
Are the studio shots from motorinc office?
That's what I thought
they seem to be leaning into the same aesthetic and design language as Motorinc
The saree guard on this bike is an absolute atrocity. But otherwise I'm super excited to own one soon!🤞🏼🔥
The sound will sound so much better n sweet with some aftermarket exhausts.
Stock exhaust doesn’t sound very ‘Music To Ears’.
I guess it's the same Bhandup showroom wala bike. Really loved it riding🤌♥️ Except the Aprilia employee accompanies you while test riding, it ruins the experience😅
First scene makes me think bro reached heaven on the bike
🤣🤣🤣🤣
What are those tyres?
Where u drive this bike in Mumbai
Pls review rr 310 of Apache version
Alright, I'mma wait till update to get one.
How much service cost of this bike
Accessories vid?
Is the adventure version coming if this beast?
Probably yes, cause they wouldn’t miss out on getting back the revenue from developing this engine. Bike companies do this all the time, do RnD for a single engine and make multiple motorcycles out of it. The thing with aprilia is, they aren’t mass producers till now and everything premium is loosing share in market cause of economy, thats why these brands are so focused on small cc performance bikes. KTM valuation skyrocketed after entering india and a focus on smaller cc.
Oh, The Plate! The Guard?! Mamma Mia!! 🤌🤌
How's the bike as a first Bike after a TVS Jupiter, looking to get this bike next year during Diwali ??
Start from 150cc or 250 , you'll hurt yourself if you start from high power bike
@@Foxx701not really. This is an A2 licence bike which should be beginner friendly. Make sure you wear protective gear and use rain mode in the initial days to get used to the power delivery
@@icecoldviv A2 A1 whatever it is doesn't mean nothing in India , i don't think it's a good idea that you should start riding a bike more powerful than 15-25hp
I'm assuming that you can ride a geared motorcycle since you said you are upgrading from a non geared one. If you are not familiar with geared bikes, I would strongly recommend starting with something less powerful. With that out of the way, the RS457 is at the extreme end of the A2 licence which means it is the most powerful one in its class. Buy it only if you have the self discipline to not go all guns blazing as this can go seriously fast and that too very quickly. You will build up skill over time and this bike has got all the good electronics to help cover up the occasional rider mistakes. #ridesafe
Just one thing, a higher performance bike can be ridden slower if needed, but a lower performance bike can’t be ridden faster than it’s peak. And yea the advice of taking a smaller cc bike and then going up, first it will take a lot of money cause now you’ll be financing two bike costs and believe me the performance gap is not that much that you require a smaller cc bike first. It would have been the case if you are jumping from a scooter to a direct 100+bhp bike.
Can someone answer this for me, i have a duke 200 bs3 and I guess its seat height is 810mm, im not sure can someone confirm this, if rs457 is 800m like it says on spec sheet i guess ill be able to manage it, my height is 170cm(5'7).
2:30 Please tell your riding jacket brand name & model
That is porobably Dainese AVRO 5
Duke 390 still gives this competition while being a single. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these here in the US. Isn't the new RC 390 slated to launch somewhere this year by the end?
Actually d390 has been destroyed comprehensively in the track test
Problem of d390 is sweet low end as this is a double it shines as every rpm
@@mayukhsharma8465 I did not say that Duke 390 is better than this. Twin will always be better at managing the vibes. I am saying how the Duke comes close to this bike despite being a single. We'll wait for the RC390.
@@saikatdas1139👍
@@ChrisBOMtoATL i didnt meant that you said the d390 being better than the aprilia. As you said it gives a tough competition i dont know if a bike loses by 3 seconds in a track time attack its not even a competition at all. Maybe the new RC will change that we will have to wait.
13:17 The screws are already there. Aprilia or their service team hasn't fixed through the holder.
The bike does have a lot of appeal. The only issue is the price, both upfront and maintenance. Guess its just a sacrifice one has to make to own a premium twin cylinder sportsbike.
They should've covered big see though gap between engine and body with fairing parts 🤌
Will that be an issue?
That's completely normal, you can see that in many bikes.
Still one doubt though, I use 70% for city and 30% for long rides (400km a day max). Does this fit?
You would be better off with R3 or Ninja 400/500
@@CarbonRP Only problem too high cost and less features.
@@NaveenHiremath20 search for a used one. The cost of ownership of R3 is pretty low.
I love this bike, just can’t decide if it’s worth upgrading from 30 to 48 BHP 🤷♂️
You will never regret anything of any category which is class leading.
This is a great mid range sports bike, rightly priced.....but I will still buy the Ninja 500.....love the green monster...❤
love the ninja 500...sadly its a black monster in India..no green color option 🥲
Front number plate had to be on to the visor not on the top of the front wings.
someone tell me the music name please 0:49 🤌😭
Will Honda start selling their CBR650R and CB650R in again or are they gone forever😢😢😢???
What are the overall reliability of aprilia engines?
Horror stories, and i kid you not. Thats what keeping me in doubt and is a reason for me to wait a year to see things sorted out.
Damn those rear wings look awesome
I test rode this bike, i got 201 kmph on the speedo. Its topspeed maybe 202-203 kmph
Rode it in dreams..?😂😂
which showroom allowed you to do that buddy on city roads??🙃
I had nice company of a cranky salesman though
U rode in ur dreams or in real?
Thr s no options as such tht a test bike be given for a long rides & allows you to get the top speed test..
if it’s real upload a video as simple.
No one can beat Yamaha r3 ❤️
Are you in motorinc set?
All I expect from Aprilia is a Tuono 457 now. The engine is impressive maybe with a bit less power(maybe) and a comfortable riding stance and chopped off fairing, damn it would be perfect.
Apart from the little bit of extra comfort , the Tuonos probably are the worst looking bikes 😂. They are not a proper naked bike , neither are they a proper sportbike . Aprilia just reduces some of the body covers and calls it a day 😂. Atleast do something like what other manufacturers do like the MT , Streetfighter etc etc
@@10daysAgo Looks are personal preference man. Let's just say I have a weird taste atleast it's different from others. I love the Tuono 660 so much and that's the reason I am waiting for a Tuono 457. That half fairing makes it look different and gives a unique look unlike other bikes. (TRIGGER ALERT) I am waiting for that one especially because I absolutely hate the frontal of MT and Dukes.
E20?
I wonder..a twin cylinder sports bike which can go upto 190kmph…why the hell only one disc at the front? What about breaking at hight speed
We personally love your reviews at outdoor in the nature. Studio is disappointing :(
I'll get the tuono.
Wqiting for naked version of this engine
The only thing I need to know is the damn Italian stallion reliable enough I am not asking for honda reliability but at least it should be better than the ktm's
Milage gets more when we ride at modarate speeds not very fast speeds
13:45 and this is how Italians business strategy came...!!!
Add in the service and spare part wait time
Saw the Aprilia accessories price list and it is so overpriced - looks like they forgot that they are selling accessories for RS457 rather than RSV4!!
I hope Aprilia RS457 being made in India doesn't get plagued by spare parts supply and basic service issues.
What the hell is that contraption at back? 😮
Ninja 500 next? 🕺
Legend Yamaha r3
Aprilia RS 457cc: ₹4.1 lakh
Aprilia taureg 660cc: ₹18 lakh
Made in India or not taureg pricing is a scam
Why are bikes less fuel efficient than the cars😮!??
if they launch a naked version with the same engine!! and they'll kill the market....
India already not safe for two wheelers and almost all of the expressways don't allow two wheelers it should be cc based.
Companies should come together and file for changes in rules.
Lol. Keep driving Activa 🤡🤡
bhai tu so jah ..
Let's be honest for me the milege is gonna be miserable because I always full pin the throttle
