Why do some strategies to fight Covid19 work better than others in Latin American cities?
The Government of the province of Santa Fe has announced an "economic reactivation plan based on public works. According to this plan, 4,500 jobs will be created.
According to the news portal Notife: "The reactivation plan analyzed by the delegations of Rosario and Santa Fe of the Argentine Chamber of Construction contemplates that the payment on account of the debt that the province has with the companies -just over 3,000 million pesos-" would be used to give them a financial outlet and would be used to pay wages to recover lost jobs".
