Need to watch this asap! Currently snowboarding in VT but saw that absolutely epic hoodie in the thumbnail and had to say thanks for the support! 😎Awesome to see these things made it safely to the UK. Happy Bashing!!!🔥🔥🔥
I promise you, take off those Prolines and get whatever aftermarket wheel of choice is you like and get the Vitavon full size street tires. I did a Promoto and Supermoto build and even with speed gears the Supermoto only did 40. Swapped over to some Aliexpress Vitavon knock offs and some Vitavon tires and the bike handles SO much better, does 50MPH on 2S stock battery and will still do wheelies for days! No more chain rub or chain guard rubs! Can turn sharper and is just loads more fun!
I was so interested in the bike I was lucky to order one from Canada 🇨🇦back in August. Love it so much mine is now 3s .and yes vitavon Street tyres are perfect.
They do handle a treat with the arms off. I love the look! I just got tired of chasing it. Wore my wives Fitbit and it said I walked 1.8 miles picking it up. LOL I kept eating chains and such so tried out the larger wheels. MUCH better performance now. I can send a link of the the video on larger wheels if you like. I am a HUGE fan of your channel so dont want to step on any toes. I went with the HR gears which is one tooth larger pinion (sprocket) and 1 tooth smaller wheel sprocket and added the hardened chain.
I know I know I'm yakking a lot but shout out for the engineering behind it. It's off the hook! To combine the gyro with the board to allow the thing to even stay upright but then the different wheelie modes AND the fact that the rider's arms move with the steering and to fit it all in. I bet they spent 1000's of man hours engineering it all before they got it to work. I don't think ppl realize the tuning required to get the gyro programmed to keep it upright but also allow it to lean into corners. Those two actions are in direct violation of each other. It takes a LOT to impress me and this thing does...(if you couldn't tell).
It is awesome technology forsure. Someone was saying the reciver is just a air reciver with fly safe program written to it. Not 100% but I wouldn't mind figuring out what one they relabled to use. So of this ones ever had to get you can get another one that has the same gyro.
Definitely. I'm a physics guy and all it took was seeing one video of how the thing works and I had to have it. Maybe I can somehow use it in my classes and write it off my taxes? 😂
Great video Phil, I’m sure as many others will agree that you produce some brilliant content! It’s always imaginative and I think more realistic and relevant to those of us who love this hobby. The Rc advent calendar for instance was inspired ! Hope 24 goes great for you and thank you .
If you don’t mind, I built a stock Tamiya clod buster when I was a young lad, and it is long gone. Maybe a future video build one with little to mild hop ups! It would bring back memories. Don’t forget the old commercials
You can make super tight turns. It's something you learn or maybe it's because I ride real ones. Turning on the throttle is your friend with these. Stay on and off the throttle and I can make tight turns in my yard effortless. But everyone learns them differently. These are so easy to operate. Some reviews on TH-cam give the wrong impression. One thing I've learned. Don't listen to others reviews. Because usually it's operator error. And if people actually read the box or manual you'll see to make tight turns adjust the MX6.
Youre right with braking. As soon as you slow down the gravity pushes the bike straight up again and therefore needs a wider diameter for turning. As you said too: turning with bikes needs staying on the throttle and steering in the opposite direction.
@AsurasWrath164 when I get a chance I'm going to get some videos In my backyard with it. I can make some tight turns with it no problem around my track. It can be tricky but it's something I've learned with it. I have 2 of them that are built a little different. But adjusted the mx6 know helps big time. I adjust it differently for dirt and on road.
Wow! The best pro moto video content since it came out! The black is 🆒 as it gets too. Nice job my friend. I’m serious when I say the best content on the bike as well… and I’ve seen them all!! Great work Phil!!
Damn, Phil, those were the 3 best choices of music!!!! Later, I'm going to connect the stereo & play it again. GREAT CHOICES! Oh, the bike was cool too.
I had a Tyco Harley Davidson FatBoy motorcycle when I was a kid and its was the coolest rc I had up until I was 11 because it really drove without side wheels! I'm 37 now and my friends and I would of lost our friggin minds if we would of had something like this back then! Thanks for sharing!
Awesome, Brilliant, Fantastic !! You have gone above & beyond with this one Phil, giving him that Team Tomley Hoodie & the Carbon look Super Moto style Bike is a credit to you my friend, Keep up your Great work Mr H 👌🏼👍🏼 🤜🏼🤛🏼
Hi Phil, it reminded me of the Evel knievel friction stunt bike I got for Christmas one year, but a modern version of it. Love the attention to detail you always use in your video's. It looks like you need a good skill level to drive it. Great music aswell 😊
Muy buenos dias Mr Tonley como estas , un poco de cardio te ayuda para mantenerte en forma , me gusta con las llantas de supermotar fantastico ,muchas gracias y fwliz dia Mr❤❤
Brilliant work, Phil! It turned out amazing! Really well done!!! 😃 I've also seen aluminum parts available for it! And they look fantastic! Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
I've had mine a month or so and love it! Kitted mine out to replicate my 2004 Honda XR250. Headlight, taillight, roost protectors and a kickstand. It does better wheelies than I can!
Yes indeed. Custom appearance is a must. You gotta stand out with your brand. Never once when I was a kid ,going to watch circuit racing with Dad did I say "I'm going for the one that looks like all the rest"
Wow you have some vinyl wrapping skills!! Came out awesome I love it. I actually have that exact same vinyl laying around from when I was messing around with my life size cars. ❤❤❤❤
ok TOMLEY RC is already my go to for all things surface RC. ive seen a ton of reviews on this bike, and i can already tell you at 1:45 in , this is the best funnest review video out there.
what an epix first 2 minutes of driving. Looks great with the carbon fiber and street clothes change! Not sure how I feel after I tried it for a minute. I was really scared of making damage but you made it look fun, easy and effortless.
Due to a terrible accident and spinal cord injury I can 𝙉𝙊𝙏 actually ride or race dirt bikes anymore so this for me would be the closest thing I could get to reliving the fun times I once had. Since my accident decades ago my life has changed 100% and unfortunately can't afford the $500 so can only watch your videos.
Have you gotten yours to flip? I know the electronic's won't allow it but I'm pretty sure I figured it out!👍 Yeah 413 RC is awesome! He made my hoodie as well. My video is almost ready, don't miss the flips. You did a great job on this one!!!
I'm hoping they are working on a superbike road version. I'll be all over that like white on rice. Other than body panels and rider, I think the only major change would be the length of the front shocks. I think the protection arms out the sides could be integrated into the fairing/body panels. I think that'd be epic and create a whole division for on road racing.
I would also love to see a superbike version. But if they want to do it right, they have to change a lot. The geometry for a street bike is totally different. Theyre less tall but with a longer wheelbase, the swingarm is mounted higher in the chassis. The angle of the front shocks is also different.
@@Truckziller I guess you've never heard of adventure bikes? Not to mention these aren't actually superbikes OR motocross. The length can be done with a long chain and swing arm. Chain slack should be checked when the axle is parallel with the front sprocket, so you'll want to compress the swingarm partway through the stroke and set the tension there.
After many months I got it this is the best Motorbike on the market I have the green one you can perform really cool jumps my first time jumping a Moto and she did it really well so stable in the air amazing product for me
