8:46 Just a tip, turn your book so that you can draw your horizontal lines vertically. That way your horizontal lines will be as easy to draw straight as your vertical lines.
You're so right!! I actually deliberately do it the hard way, because I try to avoid flipping my journal around too much when I'm filming! This way when I speed the footage up, it isn't too disorienting :P It's funny how my filming process affects the way I journal!
@@planningwithkay Oh, I didn't think about that. 😅 Yes that's true, it would annoy the eyes of the viewer if you keep on turning your book. A static top view is the best for tutorials/demos. I guess those are the things that never crosses the mind of us viewers but as a content creater you'll be thinking about every small detail. 😁
