Three in Glasses CAL- Stitch Tutorial for Part One

This is the first tutorial for the stitches you will need for the first section of the Bella Vita Shawl. This includes DC, SC, ch, sk st, making Big Gaps, Small Gaps and the puff stitch.
There is a clarification about the term "Chain Bow" as well.
The timeline is as follows:
Row 1- 2:32
Row 15- 14:25
Row 18- 17:57
Row 22- 20:11
