@@LifewithSandythat was just what I was going to suggest. You use much less of dried to replace fresh. I think it’s one fourth but I could be wrong. Good effort.
The recipe looks like a healthier version of green goddess dressing; the avocado making it creamy instead of a lot of oil. The 1/4 cups of basil and parsley looked like a lot to me when you were adding them then I saw the recipe and it said “fresh”. If using dried herbs, maybe 1/8 (2 tbsps) is enough? I really like green goddess salad dressing and now I would consider making it myself.
Sandy that looks like a delicious healthy dressing
It was good

That looks yummy!
I think since I wasn’t using fresh parsley and bay leaves I should have used less

Sounds good with the avocado.
I love avocado
That looks good. I don't think you'll miss the chives in that.
I'm sure it would have been great with chives too!

You’re right, the avocado makes it creamy and less oily! I didn’t notice about the herbs but you’re right
I’m not sure this would be to my taste or not, I’m trying to d better and get some avocado in.
I think it was a bit overpowering with the basil and parsley.
