I love that you guys are making toning services for gray hair. Allot of people want to go gray, but don't want to because the texture and color of gray hair is dull and coarse.

I usually use goldwell but am dabbling in wella. Does this fade yellow or brassy? I have a client with very white in front but more pepper in the front. She hates the white and wants dimension. Will it look bluish? Or roots? TY
