If people called me "That Man" and a "Menace to Society" I simply would not tell anyone my real name because I prefer that shit to be honest.
With I no being out of the picture, Ky becoming a gear that leads illyria and Sol badguy being a regular gear now. Asuka could easily become the protector of humanity against threats like happy chaos if he so wishes to, people wont have to fear him anymore and also the fact that he canonically has a podcast is just funny as hell
With the change of the story with SIGN, he really became one of the most interesting fighting game villains. He turned into a relatively bad character with his own motives and ideals, rather than someone who does evil just to be sinister (shout out to M. Bison). While he was running after his ideals, his regrets and failures were always on Asuka's neck. It is great that you made a video for the character while he is available so that players can pick him. thats why it is an excellent character video for players who are considering buying the DLC or have already bought it but don't know anything about Asuka at all.
M. Bison might be a shit tier villain imo...There is nothing likable, not even a single scene or a trait about him. Literally nothing.
Hey, I may be late to the party but this was a very good video! I do hope one day that GGST decides to dive deeper into worldbuilding, and that includes the early pasts of all characters, childhoods etc. I'd love to know what Asuka's life was like when he was a kid, more about how he interacted with Frederick & Aria, what his days as a disciple were like, and so on. Much love to you bro.

Do you think Asuka's earned his happy ending, in spite of all he's done?
I guess I would call that a 'decent happy' ending, I mean he redeemed his mistakes didn't he, and everyone learnt he wasn't that kind of a villain or a bad guy. Of course he is not a saint, he did really messed up shit but, his purposes for most of the times for good cause.

I never played the story mode in strive cuz it was my first gg game but would love to learn the lore of this complex game the only thing I know about this game is dizzy sol ky and sin family tree 😂😂
