    Great video dude! Haven't fired up my smoker in about 18 months, so this s giving me some motivation!

      @@thetattooedbutcher7809 Have some puerco pibil marinating at the moment. Since I have some casings I had bought a little while ago… may as well buy another pork shoulder and make some sausages while the other thing is cooking! Might even try and make a mexican sausage! Can't beat sausages on a smoker!
