Sure. The rental for these houses are all the in range of USD 3500 - 4500 per month.

I'm only renting so I'm not sure if foreigners can own property here. Kemang is where most expats stay but there's plenty of other nice areas as well. Prices will of course depend on location and size. You can search TH-cam for apartments or houses in Jakarta and they usually give an indicative price.

Very impressive videos of homes, but for that price to rent would be wasted. Other than my down payment that would be my mortgage payment back in the states for same square ft if not more America built home. So I'm curious to know what $1200-$1500 gets...
