Listening to this in 2024. This, to me is one of the best raw sets to this day. This new recent generation of raw is really not for me. Too one note. No atmosphere just empty kicks. This is real rawstyle

Gonzalo Jarjury I can support your claim a bit, this form of Hardstyle is the purest, evilest form, dark atmosphere hardstyle i grew to know and love. Uplifting, i leave that for hard trance and trance. Harstyle, i want that shit dark, sinister and fast.

Gonzalo Jarjury But Crypsis is from the "new era" too. The Hardstyle Crypsis is playing is not very old. Also Euphoric Hardstyle has been existing way longer than Raw Hardstyle.

Deze live set laat zien hoe nutteloos de rest van de dj booth is hahah. Ik heb er geen verstand van maar de rest van de booth gebruikt ie niet. Wel heerlijk setje Cryp!
Dat komt omdat live acts via laptop gaan en al in d studio zijn gemixt via software, normale livesets worden gemixt met de cd spelers en mengpaneel die je ziet op de dj booth in de video!
Dacht dat bijna alle dj's altijd wel hun mixjes vantevoren maken. Of bedoel je nu ook wat anders dan normale sets?
Roy Beck normale dj sets van één uur of anderhalf uur zijn op het evenement live gemixt op de cd spelers en mengpaneel op de dj booth, live acts duren bijna altijd een half uur of soms 45 minuten en die zijn van te voren gemixt in de studio via software en word op het evenement afgespeeld via de laptop van de artiest, verder zit hij af en toe aan wat knoppen voor wat effecten
***** dat is ook wel zo. De kick van crackin your ribs klinkt echt anders in deze set. Nog lekkerder eigenlijk ^^.

Live act. It's all on sync. You might think it's easy to do, but it takes a lot of time to prepare. And all the tracks are his or collabs with other artists.
live PA. he is using an akai apc midi controller. the tracks are prepared and he has live control over his loops and samples that are stems from the original track. It's another way of mixing then with turntables or cdjs
