    What I'd love to know but never found out is how close/far was the water of leith from the hill forts on Dalmahoy hill?

    The water you show during "The Water of Leith" part is NOT The Water of Leith, not sure where it is, but having walked it many, many times I can assure you it is not The Water of Leith
