What do you mean by "Morgana when she was good ?". People really need to read more lore about her, she was NEVER bad. As matter of fact, she is even more good than Kayle. Morgana in old Demacia care about people wellbeing above all, she doesnt care about justice and tradition (as her origin as a celestial being.) . Kayle was the oposite and always only care about her vision of justice, even if her own people get hurts. That's the reason Kayle look at morgana this way when she leave the sword in the ground to use her own power instead. Morgana does NOT use dark magic, it's celestial magic from her mother, people often mistaken that because it's purple. (For the record, the swords was one, their mother split her own sword in two piece when she passed out and give them to each sisters. Morgana leave her half when she leave Demacia.)

Her first appearance in the flames, standing in the flames but unable to claim Aatrox because he cannot die. Her second appearance with Yasuo as the wolf appears in the tree line and Kindred’s arrow claims Yasuo as he accepts death. And then finally of course her fight with Tryndamere, who refuses death. One cannot be claimed, one accepts, and one fights.

Kayle is the type to sentence a street kid to death for stealing an apple while morgana would try to help the kid get on his feet. Theyre basically 2 halves of the aspect of justice, it split between them due to them being twins.
Morgana rocks, she practices a dark magic but in reality is a much better source of good than Kayle in demacia. Kayle's form of justice is too black and white leading to division and hate. Morgana on the other hand tends to sympathize with the common people, understanding mistakes can be made and made up for. 100% worth reading into their story its a really good one, you will enjoy!
Thats one thing that allways irritates me that soooo many peolpe thinkt Morgana and Kayle are the classical "Good and Evil" based on their apearences and that morgana was supposed to be something like a fallen angel, but they are both different interpretations of "good", one with very strict rules and very unforgiving and the other a much more realistic aproach

They did such an amazing job portraying Kindred... The whole way she fights, is how I always imagined her to. Sitting in the background throwing out some arrows here and there, with the wolfs doing the majority of the damage, then disappearing into smoke as soon as dawn comes. Just true perfection! Fucking amazing job Riot!
Yasuo was an old man in this video because it shows how he ends up dying, standing up against an unbeatable force to save an innocent. At the end of his part of the cinematic, when he sends the whirlwind after the guy running away, you can see they've launched hundreds of arrows at him, and when it's transitioning back to Tryndamere, Yasuo closes his eyes and accepts the Lamb's Mercy.
Top pair of angel wings in folklore and religion is for covering face and are not suppose to be large. Kayle and Morgana has Different sets of wings: Morgana's main pair is just above the hips/ Kayle's is under the shoulder blades; Morgana's top wings are from the top of the shoulder blades facing in (most angel wings face out)/ Kayle's top pair is just barely above her main pair of wings facing the same direction as her main pair; Their 3 sets of wings are not displayed in the cinematic, since its early in their aspect's lives and they haven't sprouted for neither of them, but even their third set of wings are different from each other in their splash art and in game.
Morgana's magic is divine in itself, just like Kayles flames. Morgana is not evil she has a different perception of justice than Kayle does, this conflict in ideas is what leads to their separation where Morgana chains here wings and goes to live with the mortals while continues with her extreme sense of justice. In fact, Morgana is actually more fit to judge and protect the people of Demacia rather than Kayle. Edit: Just wanted to mention how I love the subtle details with Tryndamere knowing full well that Kindred was there and he expected the wolf to come as it wasn't his first time fighting off death.

(scene one) The Kayle/Morgana scene is where Morgana lets go of her sword, apparently using a non-heavenly force to bind Aatrox. Kayle looks down on her because she considers such powers to be inferior and falls into his eyes, but continues to finishes the job. Aatrox, who is actually the "sword", is seen falling. So the boat can be killed by kayle. You can see a shadow of Kindred(Lamb) briefly in Kayle's flames. (second scene) Yasuo's scene, is he fighting these mercenaries? I don't know what it is, protecting those who are left, at the end with the many arrows we see a form of a Wolf who is the kindred and then among the arrows we also see the arrow from kindred which means yas died and this was the last battle (third scene)Tryndamere's scene is fighting to the death with unknown enemies and then literally fighting death itself. The fight with Kindred is a metaphysical representation of what happens during Tryndamere's ultimate which can't die for several seconds. In the end, it seemed that Tryndamere's time was running out and the enemies would kill him (so he was ready to drop the arrow and kindred), since the ult would not protect him but his wife ashe appeared and saved him, if she is still his wife, I have no idea haha we see his role as an incarnation or aspect of death since he appears 4 times:
Morgana IS good. Always has been. Actually way better than her sister at protecting the people of Demacia as well. Her magic, although mistaken by some for being sort of "evil" because of its darker touch, is celestial in nature. Kayle here looks resentful towards her sister because she feels like Morgana is not honoring both their heritage and legacy when putting the sword of their mother aside to rely solely on her magical powers.

Go watch Necrit's breakdown. All of your questions get answered. Plus Morgana did NOT fall. She uses celestial magic and rejected her heritage as she didn't believe in 'absolutism' the way her Mother and sister did. Her character is one of my favorites, and her backstory is excellent.
morgana is about mercy and compassion. She actually uses divine magic it just looks dark, and conceptually, binding and reforming is the only way to defeat aatrox. because he keeps coming back. I think only maybe a teamup of soraka and morgana can do it. Or soraka and ryze Kayles purifying flames will just lead to the same result, and it's also quite the ruthless tool as well. If you are powerful enough, you have a duty to put someone on a path to reform and realize how to live happily in society. It's not always just about wiping out any type of injustice. Also redeeming the people who are wronged is also important, it's not just about punishment but righting a wrong. Victims can't get what they lost back because the criminal died. Society should help people wrongfully damaged by criminals.

Kindred is death. They have a presence in the past where they can't collect Aatrox who's immortal/stuck in his blade, the future where Lamb claims an old yasuo who accepts it peacefully, and with tryndamere who's fighting for his life in his undying rage. You see tryndamere fighting death, but in reality he's fighting the marauder people. When ashe saves him, he's no longer in danger of dying so Lamb lowers her bow.
It's arguable whether we call Morgana a fallen angel or not. She did reject her celestial/aspect calling to walk Runeterra, literally binding her wings because they brought her so much pain, but fallen angels also have a connotation of being evil which is very much not the case with Morgana anymore. She used to be portrayed as evil when you watch that cinematic from like 2010, but she is not evil in the currently available lore. Morgana's "domain" within the aspect of justice is basically repentance/reform. The story Prayer to a Crumbling Shrine is a great example of Morgana's version of justice.
For those who need context: -This whole cinematic is about Kindred. They are the aspect of death. If you accept death, Lamb (the pale one) gives you a swift release with her arrow. If you avoid it, Wolf (the dark one) will hunt you down and make it more painful -The first scene is in the past somewhere around Damacia. Where the two patron sisters fight Aatrox the darkin. Darkin are akin to demon, they possess an host. In the current lore the sisters do not talk anymore because of their vastly different view on justice. Kindred is always present for a death. So when Kayle (the blonde one) burns it all down. Killing the host of Aatrox, the shape can be seen in the flame -The second is a possible future where Noxus successfully invaded Ionia. Yasuo is trying to save a few people and then dies. You can see wolf eyes in the treeline and Lamb arrow finish him off. You can see he accepts his faith because he looks up for a fraction of a second (Noticing Lamb's arrow) and makes sure to finish off the last guy before kneeling. -The last if Tryndamere in the present state of the lore. He has some of Aatrox blood and a rage so great every time he comes close to dying he pushes it away. Hence why he is fighting Kindred, fighting death. His wife Ashes comes to save him at the end but lamb will come back eventually. -The "I'm still here" is not so much the heroes it is Kindred themselves because death is inevitable. ADDITIONAL INFO; the hero fighting Kindred in the snowy fields is Tryndamere, and his eyes go red because in the game his ultimate ability is a bloodfrenzied fury (in the lore they let it be understood as some kind of infection from Aatrox's blood magic), which makes him literally unkillable for a short amount of seconds, making him the only human capable of fending off death, therefore the only human who can survive a direct encounter with Kindred.
Trynda and Ashe got married for politics, fell inlove with time. Kindred depicts dead past, present and future. Check the animations again, the voice at the begining is the Lamb's voice, Lamb's bow offers a swift release from the mortal realm for those who accept their fate. Wolf hunts down those who run from their end, delivering violent finality within his crushing jaws. That is the reason why you see the Lamb in the fire after Atrox dies, you see the wolf behind the arrow that takes away Yasuo's life, and in the final fight you see the Lamb circling around trying to understand why Trynda has not accepted his parting and keeps fighting. I hope this info help you a little bit.
Morgana fell to better serve and protect humans. She drops her mother's sword, leaving her mother's justice behind and embraces her magic. Kayle looks at her with disgust, seeing only her mother's justice as the only way to view justice. There is no nuance. Picking up the second sword and reuniting the two halves of her mother's blade, becoming her mother's shadow basically. Kayle is basically: You killed a man. It doesn't matter that you were protecting your family, you committed murder and are thus punished kind of justice. Morgana offers nuance, serving to protect humans and Kayle effectively tolerates her work from the shadows. Kayle is a horrifically horrible person, whilst Morgana loves that she fell. She loves humanity. Their flaws and all.
so morgana is good. she gave up her mothers powers and sword he putting down the sword was basically her saying that she will not judge others based on riotousness like kayle. and leaning into her magic to defend demacia which was very anti magic and she was seen as a vilian however morgana did far more for the people of demacia than kayle did
What a lot of people misunderstand is that Morgana is not Evil for one and her magic is celestial in nature, same as Kayle's. In the lore her magic is described as Starfire chains. Dark magic is not accurate description to the current lore after their origin was re-written as twin daughters of an Aspect of justice. Kayle calls her evil and "fallen", because she is a hypocrite and is representation of Blind justice, whereas Morgana is Compassionate. Morgana allows people to atone for their crimes so long as they are genuine, but Kayle will simply kill them. TL;DR 1. Morgana is not Evil; 2. She is "Fallen", because Kayle is a hypocrite; 3. Morgana's magic is not "dark", but celestial.

I'm not that deep into the lore, but isn't Morgana like the actual good sister? I mean Kayle's justice is like black and white, doesn't take into consideration anything else, just rules. Morgana on the other hand ruled with compassion, especially towards the common folk and could sympathize. The only bad/dark thing about Morg is just her magic. I'm not sure tho, I just remember this bit of lore I read somewhere.
OMG... everyone here saying Kayle is evil lol, None of you knows the lore then XD Both of the sisters are good, they protect, they just have different approach of justice. One is more redemptive (Morgana) yes, but that also means that a mass killer have a second chance by her standards i.e Sylas for example. That also means the victims (families, loved ones) cant never rest in peace knowing the killer. That means people are obligated to shut their sadness or turning to revenge too. Kayle is not evil either, she protects innocents and punishes people proportionally to their crimes. She's the retributive incarnation of the justice system. They are both good, they are both incarnation of justice systems. Their stories are great too, one needs to be emotionless to truly judge and protect as well as create a society where people wont feel pain. The other one wants people to fully be in touch to their human side. Also Kayle has nothing to do with mages being hunted in Demacia, Magic has been feared since the rune wars. In fact, the mageseekers game is inting at her coming back to judge everyone accordingly for their crimes (which means every side). Peace !

Only American streamers wonder why Yasou is old? And the fact that all the other characters have aged does not arise? Maybe this is because humans have such a function - aging. Characters age along with the players. While playing the game, we live both our own life and the life of the character.

Kindred is the name of the pair. The archer in the back is Lamb, the giant black wolf is...well...Wolf. Together they make the Kindred.

Kindred is death. They have a presence in the past where they can't collect Aatrox who's immortal/stuck in his blade, the future where Lamb claims an old yasuo who accepts it peacefully, and with tryndamere who's fighting for his life in his undying rage. You see tryndamere fighting death, but in reality he's fighting the marauder people. When ashe saves him, he's no longer in danger of dying so Lamb lowers her bow.

It's arguable whether we call Morgana a fallen angel or not. She did reject her celestial/aspect calling to walk Runeterra, literally binding her wings because they brought her so much pain, but fallen angels also have a connotation of being evil which is very much not the case with Morgana anymore. She used to be portrayed as evil when you watch that cinematic from like 2010, but she is not evil in the currently available lore. Morgana's "domain" within the aspect of justice is basically repentance/reform. The story Prayer to a Crumbling Shrine is a great example of Morgana's version of justice.

For those who need context:
-This whole cinematic is about Kindred. They are the aspect of death. If you accept death, Lamb (the pale one) gives you a swift release with her arrow. If you avoid it, Wolf (the dark one) will hunt you down and make it more painful
-The first scene is in the past somewhere around Damacia. Where the two patron sisters fight Aatrox the darkin. Darkin are akin to demon, they possess an host. In the current lore the sisters do not talk anymore because of their vastly different view on justice. Kindred is always present for a death. So when Kayle (the blonde one) burns it all down. Killing the host of Aatrox, the shape can be seen in the flame
-The second is a possible future where Noxus successfully invaded Ionia. Yasuo is trying to save a few people and then dies. You can see wolf eyes in the treeline and Lamb arrow finish him off. You can see he accepts his faith because he looks up for a fraction of a second (Noticing Lamb's arrow) and makes sure to finish off the last guy before kneeling.
-The last if Tryndamere in the present state of the lore. He has some of Aatrox blood and a rage so great every time he comes close to dying he pushes it away. Hence why he is fighting Kindred, fighting death. His wife Ashes comes to save him at the end but lamb will come back eventually.
-The "I'm still here" is not so much the heroes it is Kindred themselves because death is inevitable.
ADDITIONAL INFO; the hero fighting Kindred in the snowy fields is Tryndamere, and his eyes go red because in the game his ultimate ability is a bloodfrenzied fury (in the lore they let it be understood as some kind of infection from Aatrox's blood magic), which makes him literally unkillable for a short amount of seconds, making him the only human capable of fending off death, therefore the only human who can survive a direct encounter with Kindred.
Btw kindred is both lamb and wolf.
The Yasuo section is a vision of a possible future

Trynda and Ashe got married for politics, fell inlove with time. Kindred depicts dead past, present and future. Check the animations again, the voice at the begining is the Lamb's voice, Lamb's bow offers a swift release from the mortal realm for those who accept their fate. Wolf hunts down those who run from their end, delivering violent finality within his crushing jaws. That is the reason why you see the Lamb in the fire after Atrox dies, you see the wolf behind the arrow that takes away Yasuo's life, and in the final fight you see the Lamb circling around trying to understand why Trynda has not accepted his parting and keeps fighting. I hope this info help you a little bit.

Morgana fell to better serve and protect humans. She drops her mother's sword, leaving her mother's justice behind and embraces her magic. Kayle looks at her with disgust, seeing only her mother's justice as the only way to view justice. There is no nuance. Picking up the second sword and reuniting the two halves of her mother's blade, becoming her mother's shadow basically.
Kayle is basically: You killed a man. It doesn't matter that you were protecting your family, you committed murder and are thus punished kind of justice.
Morgana offers nuance, serving to protect humans and Kayle effectively tolerates her work from the shadows. Kayle is a horrifically horrible person, whilst Morgana loves that she fell. She loves humanity. Their flaws and all.

and the yasuo scene was a potential future of his that kindred gifted foresight on, which is why the new yas skin is called foreseen

so morgana is good. she gave up her mothers powers and sword he putting down the sword was basically her saying that she will not judge others based on riotousness like kayle. and leaning into her magic to defend demacia which was very anti magic and she was seen as a vilian however morgana did far more for the people of demacia than kayle did

What a lot of people misunderstand is that Morgana is not Evil for one and her magic is celestial in nature, same as Kayle's. In the lore her magic is described as Starfire chains. Dark magic is not accurate description to the current lore after their origin was re-written as twin daughters of an Aspect of justice.
Kayle calls her evil and "fallen", because she is a hypocrite and is representation of Blind justice, whereas Morgana is Compassionate. Morgana allows people to atone for their crimes so long as they are genuine, but Kayle will simply kill them.
TL;DR
1. Morgana is not Evil;
2. She is "Fallen", because Kayle is a hypocrite;
3. Morgana's magic is not "dark", but celestial.

I'm not that deep into the lore, but isn't Morgana like the actual good sister? I mean Kayle's justice is like black and white, doesn't take into consideration anything else, just rules. Morgana on the other hand ruled with compassion, especially towards the common folk and could sympathize. The only bad/dark thing about Morg is just her magic. I'm not sure tho, I just remember this bit of lore I read somewhere.

Both of the sisters are good, they protect, they just have different approach of justice. One is more redemptive (Morgana) yes, but that also means that a mass killer have a second chance by her standards i.e Sylas for example. That also means the victims (families, loved ones) cant never rest in peace knowing the killer.
That means people are obligated to shut their sadness or turning to revenge too. Kayle is not evil either, she protects innocents and punishes people proportionally to their crimes. She's the retributive incarnation of the justice system.
They are both good, they are both incarnation of justice systems. Their stories are great too, one needs to be emotionless to truly judge and protect as well as create a society where people wont feel pain. The other one wants people to fully be in touch to their human side.
Also Kayle has nothing to do with mages being hunted in Demacia, Magic has been feared since the rune wars. In fact, the mageseekers game is inting at her coming back to judge everyone accordingly for their crimes (which means every side). Peace !

Only American streamers wonder why Yasou is old? And the fact that all the other characters have aged does not arise? Maybe this is because humans have such a function - aging. Characters age along with the players. While playing the game, we live both our own life and the life of the character.
