Engine Heater Coolant Valve Hose Leaking

What's up Guys! I made this video. For you guys! I actually thought it was my VALLEY PAN leaking. But I kept searching around the engine and noticed it was leaking from the Engine Heater Coolant Valve Hose. So I decided to cut it while the part arrives. But then I noticed that it doesn't fit.
