Just put smoked on my 2019 Bullitt. So easy to install. Used no tools at all. Popped out no problem. Also, you don't have to transfer the old socket into the new version of these. Just unplug the housing and plug in the new one. So easy!
Just installed smoked lights on my Ecoboost Mustang, that I ordered from CJ Pony Parts.
As Bill says it looks "Killah". The clip is tough to pinch using fingers so had to use pliers. After that, it's was a quick 5 minutes to install, and I was back on the road in no time 😉
Just ordered mine. Was torn between black or red but decided to keep the OEM look.

+Ben Dover How much do you think an S550 costs Ford to make? Probably a lot less than most of us has paid. I guess that makes us stupid as well. One thing you don't take realize is there are develop costs, as well as manufacturing costs as well as a profit for the company as well as reseller. You are welcome to your opinion as I enjoy my new 2016 Mustang GT with new lighting upgrades. P.S., when I sell the car I just remove the parts and put the car back to stock and sell them on the second hand market.
On the Australian model and maybe all right hand drive versions its not a real light. Just a reflector. I advise sticking your head under there and having a look for wiring with a torch. I swapped them anyway as I had already purchased them. They do look heaps better just don't illuminate.
Easy installation, I like that, and they do look good.
And they are GREAT! Easy to install even for me, and I'm not a car guy AT ALL. They look great. Ford should do this to start with.

I have a problem with turn right/left in raining night or no streetlamp area. When I turn my car to left, I usually watch left side first and then turn slowly, but in the no streetlamp area, and the headlight cannot cover the left/right side of the car. I can see nothing before I turn (New Yorker never watch the cars….). I know some autos, they can turn their headlight when you turning. Do you know any way to solve this problem without purchase a new car?

Hi, i try to test my Setup/ the lamps I ordered. Should be same as yours. I don't get how to light the amber colour though. Can you explain what the wiring should be like to light up amber light?
Does the car have to be on a lift to change these housings?

why are so many customers having led going out issues? is there something more we could do to prevent the led from failing, I'm on the fence about ordering.
The issues with these lights seem to be a thing of the past. DD has been good about replacing any defective ones that are still out there. This car sits outside and never has an issue, we have three cars here with these installed and had one light we had to replace around a year ago.

They look a little narrower by the slightest hair. Does it leave any gaps on the rear bumper?
No they fit just like stock.

Looks good. $75 isn't bad either.
All these items are really expensive. The switch back is more than 70 I got switch backs from jdm astar for 30 I put resistors on for the interior hyper flash and still saved 20 bucks also I just recently bought these from a brand called optix for 45 with tax and trust me it’s the same thing and same quality.

Hi Martin, if you have an AU/EU/UK car then I’m afraid it will not have wiring as these do not illuminate from factory. You would need to make or buy a wiring harness for the lights to work.
