I got my printer last week, going to be using it for a huge event for Super Bowl Sunday at the Live Casino, Maryland!!! So excited 😊

Hi Drew, I had this all set up at home using the Ethernet connection to my laptop with windows and it worked great. Took it to an event and Lumabooth assistant wouldn't connect with the laptop. Now I have it set up at home again to try to figure things out and Lumabooth assistant connected right away to laptop. But, now it won't print. What am I missing? Thanks!
Is the process similar if you use a Dslr camera instead of a iPad?

You don’t need laptop, all what you need to is WiFi dongle-WCM2 for connecting to your iPad 👍🏻
Hello I use my iPad for the iPad selfie booth but the wifi doesn't seem to show internet for the software at same time as the prints am I doing something wrong

What if the venue doesn’t have wifi can you still print from iPad? My iPad has data so i don’t need wifi to use it

Have you tried the dnp dongel? That's what I use to print with my qw210. It's wireless and I don't need a lap top. I would love a review of that.
I tried it a few times but prefer this way the most. I had a few issues the the dongle

How do you print the whole photo? We use the Ai feature and it doesn’t print the whole photo just a cropped version

I don’t think wired is an option. You can print without Wi-Fi using a router. Hot spot is how we print

@@hustlewithdrew connected mobile hotspot with windows PC and iPad (both are connected to same mobile hotspot). lumabooth assistant does not get connected to the iPad. Do I need DNP Wireless Connect Module?
is there any software that print directly from the ipad. Also I have a canon selphy is that a good printer to connect? (the print quality is great but Im speaking of compatibilty.
The canon selphy has an airprint so it can basically print photos from ipad without using any external devices or third party softwares.

hello I reset the router and it didn't work, I disabled the router's firewall and nothing,
the problem is that I was turning off something on the notebook I close the program and open it again it makes about 20 prints and it turns red

@@alexischarest378you need something to receive information from iPad. The assistant is the print server that receives the data from Lumabooth
This does not work on Mac for some reason. It connects but when you print it, nothing prints. We have tried everything. Newer iPad and newer Mac being used.

Not until the developers fix LumaBooth Assistant. It’s been a problem for over a year now and they haven’t done anything about it.
Speaking of audio - consider recording on an airpod or something closer to your mouth. Sounds fine though

Hey man! What are your thoughts on the Canon Selphy printer? It prints strips easy and is small. Is there a downside to this printer?
I built a photo booth for my daughters wedding and we used this printer. I found it painful waiting for it to print and we ended up with a backlog of printing considering it doesn't take long for people to take 3 pictures. Ended up telling people to come back for their photo which isn't ideal.
We used the printers built in Wi-Fi and direct connected from iPad so not sure if having a computer setup like above would change things. I also found I had to restart it every so often as it seemed to get stuck showing busy on the screen and nothing happening.
Note it only holds 18 sheets of paper at a time so there is that to contend with as well.
If this was for a family get together or party at home then maybe you could get away with it but If you plan to make money I'm not so sure.

i have the same printer, did u load the paper right? also, check at the advance print setting. u can enable 3x6 or 4x6. check for layout setting too.

@@qwestpond1687 you need something in between. You can just have one cable from iPad to printer. There’s many ways to print but laptop is most reliable in my opinion
