Using good milk in the hot chocolate makes a difference! I recently got raw milk from a friend, all the cream intact and everything. (Not always the case sometimes around here). Anyway, super thick cream. I skimmed off a good bit but couldn't really tell where the line was. Turns out I could have skimmed more, but the milk that was left was like the best whole milk ever!
After about 3 weeks the color of the vinegar I was making with citrus peels turned golden color, and the viscosity changed. No more vinegar odor, just smells like orange/grapefruit/mandarin scent.

I love your Chanel . My cow will be fresh in April . I want to make your cheese. What book would you recommend ? I have only made mozzarella and farmer cheese , and Kifer cheese . Wish I lived close to you to learn but I am from Kansas.

Curious to know if Sky Blue is really eating that many eggs... if yes, then I have another question. Is her nice healthy winter coat just a coincidence or does she have the best coat of all three dogs because she eats so many nutritious eggs....lol I know from my own experience that our cats and dogs always have shinier and more full coats when we give them extra milk and eggs.
My husband tells me my citrus cleaner smells like rotting fruit lol. I don't mind the smell, its kind of a sweet citrus scent, but he is not a fan when I use it

Our older dog could get to the goose nest last year and it appeared that she ate 5 goose eggs in one morning before I caught her with the evidence on the driveway where she stored her favorite things.

Never did figure out how many eggs Skyblue was eating! And her fluffy winter coat was giving anything away.
I made orange vinegar and love it let it sit for a couple of weeks I use mine on cupboards and in my bathroom
