Did you forget the fridge again? Still, very lovely build!
I don't know why but the apartment building is so dark and cold feeling. When you showed the initial apartment I didn't get "rich CEO" I got evil villain hideout! I love the reno it's so much more updated and classy. The integrated colour added so much to the space, and made it feel like sims actually live in this space. Awesome job!

I am not the biggest fan of dark interiors. I like it light and airy, but you have done an amazing job with this. It looks absolutely fantastic and fits the Fengs to a T. ❤🎉

Thought yesterday that I only had a reaktion to breathing in the fumes from my moms experiment with drying chilipeppers in her oven(it failed), I sounded like I smoked for 60 years & had some soreness in my throat. But I woke up today while standing on the border to a fever (which always fucks me up because it comes with jointpains), a cough & a stuffed up nose. Yay!🙄

I LOVE this color scheme! The white, blue, and gold feels so classic and elegant, and the brown unexpectedly warms it up and makes it feel homey and cozy even though it's obviously still a very luxury sort of place. You're totally right about the book nook paneling, it looks super high-end in a space like this!
This building is beauty, is grace, is miss united states! Love it sooooo much! Never expected to see a more maximalist vibe to the Fengs, but that fits so perfectly instead of the standard black and white (which I also love, ha!). Can't wait for more apartments renovations 😍 And I kinda miss the Newcrest builds as well, sooo anxious for the vet clinic 🥰
Not gonna lie, I preferred the before lol. It looks too much like a fancy cabin, but slightly outdated with the non matching dark brown tones. The dark tones of everything kind of make the space look smaller. But fun video!

And because Deli’s voice is so pleasant it doesn’t irritate my migraines! Which makes it even better! It means I can watch all the Deli content that I want without worry!

I'm currently trying to renovate the apartment next door to the Fengs and I'd be interested to see what you would do with it, I really love your floor plans in this apartment series, they are usually completely different from what I do.
This turned out so nice. At first, I was mentally screaming how much I disliked the living area. Then she changed the color of the chairs and I was like “yes, that did it". Really enjoyed the video ❤

Also I got an idea for a members video - a sims photo 'contest'. What I mean isn't screentshots, but literal photos in the game you can take. Members could submit a screenshot of the photo (to proove it's a photo in fact) and the screenshot game makes with it (cause it has better resolution). There could be caegories like infants, cute, funny, bugs,...
I've had a lot of fun/stress taking photos in the game, especially when it's not a default pose, but the results can turn out really great with practice.

Such a great renovation! I think they both could use a deli makeover too! That would make a good short. I highly recommend laniege lip sleeping mask for hydration and either lanolips or fenty lip products.❤

This was a cool reno. The exp pack city living is my favorite and san myshuno is my favorite world, but what I really don't like is the height in the ceilings in most apartments. In real life they tend to have short height ceilings, since developers want to maximize revenue and minimize cost. The other thing is the mismatch between the super modern buildings and how old and outdated the share hallways are. Very unrealistic too.
my mental health hasn’t been great these past few days and seeing this build helped a lot for today!

The trick to getting rid of bamboo is to trim off all the new shoots when they go to seed (mid-late Spring). It'll take two years, but the bamboo will die away completely that way without incurring a single paper-like cut or rash. It def should be in a container though.
Definitely recommending the maybelline vinyl ink for lipstick! It's not drying and I love the colors. A tip to make it set and last longer is to shake it for like 20-30 seconds before applying lol.
No one renovates a tired Sims apartment better than Deli Don't forget to prioritize your health ❤

2:33 this one, I genuinely think it's because when we mostly play the game, we play with the perspective as the wall down or half down (hide the walls), so in this apartment we can be confused why that area looks empty but sims can't walk there. Also, it looks very strange at that spot without walls. So they put the screen there to show that there is a big wall at the area. I play this family a lot without renovating the floor plan, I deleted that one screen and my brain got super confused 😂

I really love the way you took the time to look at the sims who lived here with this one to try to incorporate their personality! There wasn't a lot for you to go off of with the Fengs unfortunately, but still. I love that you did it and I hope you keep doing it as you renovate the last few occupied apartments. You do such great storytelling through your building a decorating anyway, I think it will be a lot of fun to see how you interpret the townies through that! :)
Maybe a fun idea: recreate celebrities houses. You always talk about hilary duff her house and kitchen and how much you like it. Maybe a fun series if you try to recreate the houses of the celebrities (AND NOT IN SPEED BUILD 😂😅😊)

The Clarins lip oils are my faves! They act like a stain, but are very moisturizing and you can apply lipbalm on top :)

some good lipsticks that i think you would like are the clinique almost lipsticks! they are sooo shear and beautiful, plus they feel like butter on the lips :D

I love the apartment ! this is so out of your zone and I really like what you've done with de "maximalist" decor and the Chinese modern vibes, it fits very well to the Fang. BUT I dislike the kitchen and the bathroom .. DELI can you please stop using the decorator pack for your kitchen EVERYTIME 😭... IT doesn't fit the vibe here and there so many kitchen in the game that could fit more better to this apartment even like the spa day one...and for the bath sink area so many option to... anyway. Still love watching your videos

My favorite lipstick/balms are Dior’s Lip Addict and Charlotte Tilbury Hyaluronic Happikiss but they’re both pricey… A good dupe is L’Oreal Balm-In-Lipstick or Glossier Ultralip

I like how you make tasty (opposite of tasteless but not about food? ehe) looking rich homes! Really shows how good you are at design. Although the kitchen is a little less glam than the rest of the home (maybe the Fengs don't cook? IDK).
I hate the kitchen in this apartment so much @.@. It's the fact that none of the counters aren counters, they're all Islands, and it just bugs me.
Also me liking some drama I love to play with these two and give them an accident baby.
I would recommend the kbeauty brand Romand, their glasting melting balm has good pigmentation and is highly hydrating. They have a few nude shades I think you’d like😊
Red green and gold gives me traditional Chinese palace vibes too, but it’s usually a darker green? although the green of that table kinda resembles jade and that’s also something quite prominent in trad Chinese culture? The roses kinda throws me off though
Wondering why i didnt recognize the furniture but recognized the layout. My game had bugged and cleared the furniture before i ever played in this place. So thats what it looked like!
Lipstick rec: the sheer tint lip balms from MCo Beauty, gives a little bit of colour but is nice and hydrating and the packaging is so nice.
That's a heavy reno. The downstairs is just sooooo brown!! Totally different from what the Fengs had before. I love the bedrooms!!
Hi 👋🏻 Deli! I am loving the apartment reno spree. I think you really gave the Fengs an upper class vibe without it getting too over the top. Very classy and so happy you gave them some bold but not garish colors. I think it really complements their whole vibe. Never be afraid to fiddle with rooms till you’re happy with them (of course, unless it’s one of those that you realize is taking far too long without being perfect). A bit of messing about really pulled this one together. I actually liked most of the iterations it went through but was really digging the final look. Had a chuckle because something about the really career driven Lily made me think of the Realtor in Simpsons, Cookie Kwan, yelling at Marge (trying out that career) 💪🏻 “Stay off the West side!” very territorially. 😆
I couldn’t finish watching because this was just… so ugly even though I loved where it was going at first. But there’s no fridge and the dining rug is off centered 😩
i tend to think that build mistakes are EA sims team sense of humor. Like they join together and talk "you know what is funny? do not put a door, or a toilet, for the fandom starts their theories" and all laugh together
honestly the use of red in this apartment won't be too unrealistic, as red is considered a very auspicious colour in Chinese culture (assuming the Fengs are Chinese)
I renovated the apartment next to the Feng's in a save for my sims to move in and they (The Feng's) spent more time at my place or knocking on my door than they did in their own apartment 😂
