We have - perhaps still - the choice between two worlds.
A dystopian one, if we continue on this way into reversing the progress of civilization and destroying the environment which we are living in.
Or a better one, in which we can see the wonders that might still be awaiting for mankind in the future.
But the bridge between those worlds is getting frail.
Musically, this epic and bombastic 7 minute song takes you on a journey through more than two worlds - and shows you once more how diverse the new album "The Wonders Still Awaiting" will be, and how full of surprises and treasures.
Metal mixed with huge filmscore orchestration, a 40-piece choir and the Bulgarian National Radio Children´s Choir - with these ingredients this song is almost becoming a little movie on its own.

Ambre just shows her talent, she can sing operatic, growls, melodic vocals, scream... And people still complaining so much like it's just a fully poppy song, but it's okay, It's just impossible to please everyone.

@@bcbitchkkv As if WT, Delain and NW aren't SM. Just cause they experiment and incorporate different styles in some songs doesn't mean they are any less symphonic metal. I am sure most real fans like their evolution and progression in different styles.
Don't get me wrong but I don't understand how you can say anything like that about the other bands considering all these bands have amazing releases and have proved that they are very talented.
Also, you need to listen to Delains latest record, it's amazing aswell.

Xandria has put forth a near perfect album, I truly enjoyed listening to it. Amber’s vocals are phenomenal and truly a very few singers able to master it and deliver it with full passion and emotion. I look forward to more albums from Xandria like this and Ambre’s vocals, seems can’t get enough of it. This album will be listened for years to come.

For some reason, I get Dream Theater vibes from this. It felt otherworldly and dramatic. I enjoyed the intricacies of the symphonic and choral parts. This is a great track! I'm really digging this band so far.
This internally dysfunctional but nevertheless masterful Symphonic Metal band have come up with not only a winner but an epic - this one ticks every box and gets everything right. The different movements flow from one to another beautifully, and all superbly produced. The vocals of Ambre Vourvahis are excellent - she's a great find. Let's hope the band can hold on to her!
This song depends on the overall thing rather than a hook or a riff to get your attention, though the melody sticks in your mind after a few plays. It's a must-own. My Score: Excellent 5*

Kamelot, Delain, Ad Infinitum, Beyond The Black (already out), Lost Society (already out) seems Xandria also ... I would not dare to say what's "best". They're all sooo good. Damn - we're living in happy (metal) times!
Once my kids will blame me (I'm pretty sure about this) about why I didn't tell them more about this all. Well - it needs time to be in metal (my 12 year old daughter is currently in Queen (the band) - mode. Also not bad and I'm pretty sure she'll listen harder in about 2 years.

Just saw Xandria live for the first time, in Denver this past weekend. They were awesome, so much energy, and such talent! Ambre was adorable, and so mesmerizing. It was a treat to be able to see them live.
I found this band when they did You will never be our god, this song the fact they sing about how we have 2 paths and we seem to keep picking the one that leads us down dystopia speaks to me, they've got great music and an awesome message to rally behind.

Epic Song and already one Highlight of the year and also very awesome video. It is not the only favourite song for me of that Album! Really fantastic Album.
And i can tell you, they are live at least as good as on the album, when Not even better!!! I was on Release Show in Essen and it was overwhelming and fantastic and Ambre's voice is really fantastic, so varied, so great! And the mixture of old and new Songs was perfect, i enjoyed the Show so much!

Ambre's voice is very beautiful, I loved that Ambre went out alone, because that's how her beauty was highlighted. I was wondering why Marco changed his vocalist so many times in the past, now I understand what one of the reasons was, Marco wanted the perfect voice and he found it in Ambre. I do a comparison and the old Xandria pales in comparison to the new. Xandria's best album without a doubt. I want it to arrive on Friday NOW.🤘

@@demarkz O problema é que o Tuomas sempre compôs em cima das vozes das vocalistas e as trocas deixaram tudo muito instável. Eu gostei do último álbum. Não é nada comercial, mas tem muita personalidade e é uma obra prima. Agora que a Floor está tão à vontade, eu acredito que vai sair ainda um álbum incrível. Na música Pan ela brilha demais. Mas tá tudo bem gostar mais do começo, nada contra. Se vc observar, até a Tarja solo mudou com o tempo.
