I used to live at Herdsman Pde in Wembley near Glendalough, the clinic is still there and I shopped at IGA in the shopping centre every weekend...the suburb is beautiful.

Yes - we did have a good walk around. Not a bad suburb that is close to everything.

Unfortunately there is one of those houses in every suburb.
My Mrs was renting there for 11 years. She could of paid off one of those units on harboure street, but Realistate is not her interest
Some people do prefer to rent.
Difficult to believe the house and unit price
The unit price is very reasonable which will allow people a chance to buy in a good suburb.
