I used to be obsessed with trying every protein bar out there and must say most nutrition labels frighten me with what's included, lol. One of the few I recommend would be the brand Garden of Life.(Sea Salt Caramel) because it has excellent macros in my opinion.

It is so scary that a few months ago I first tried this White Cookie Dough bar from WH Smith because I love White Chocolate and it is such a unique flavour. Just this weekend I was looking at these Fulfil bars again month's after I last had them. I then went out and had four on Saturday the same day this was uploaded. I have to say they are overrated. The Grenade White Mocha is the best. Also tonight I had two Quest Bars which you mentioned in this video but they are far different to these. As I've said before its scary how you can try things at the same time as me even if they aren't new or anything. Luckily I can't think of any coincidences for the Tesco Cereal Bars haha. I have all your quest bar videos on my Watch later as I got a few different flavours online. I plan to try them all eventually.
