I would not have thought to take a picture or write down the information on the back beforehand, that was some smart thinking hehe :) this looks and sounds great, and it's cool how it's baked in the box! Would you say it's banana bread or a banana cake? I would butter banana bread but not butter banana cake.

This is like a cake. We tried using butter on it because that's how we eat our banana bread. Honestly, it doesn't need the butter.
