Nice car! I had a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI Edition! Really nice car it was fast and handled really good for a bigger car & had the Supercharged motor it was hard to beat plus the 12-way power seats! I've never had a car before then or after then that took care of me as good as those 12-way passenger leather seats they were the best!
1997 was the first year for this version of the LSS: Aurora-style wheels, nicer seats and improved console. I had a 1997 black LSS with the license plate MIDNITR.
@@carlosloyola4585 Close, no cigar. 1996 had the same console shifter as the 1992. Front grille had the silver and black old style logo, 1997 had the stylized new rocket logo and the Aurora-inspired seating by Lear. I sold Oldsmobiles for fourteen years and I waited for the 1997 for that reason.
@@tytotheler92 Yeah, I'm looking on AutoTempest in the states (just for fun) and I've found only one. Born too late, missed all the reliable cars. No Jeep Cherokees, 3800 powered GMs are fading away. Enjoy your vehicle, sir.
Probably one of the best vehicles GM built. The solid 3800 was awesome. I had a dark green one, I miss that car.

What a beauty. I loved these and the Bonnevilles of this era!
I just bought one two months ago. “Limited Edition” it’s a beast and very clean too. Nice car!
