There is no staged scenes, all shots are from Realistic and Simulator random battles during one month as this is my very own game experience in War Thunder. Thanks to all players I fought with !
And you can enjoy some of the new features of the DAGOR 6.0 game engine from War Thunder last update "New Power".
It's also in honor of the General "Chuck" Yeager, veteran and flying ace, died on December 7th 2020.
This is inspired by the F-14 trailer of Heatblur Simulations.

Exactly, I fought battles during a whole months, using vehicles at all tiers, different nations, having ideal map matching camo/opponents then check replays, recording .. I'm a solo player and yet lot of group scenes such as that abrams column, totally random or those 2 cobras ( those were 2 players not me, I was busy fighting on the ground). That's totally random battle experience in WT ;)
A new player, struggling with german tech tree, and now with American tech tree, maybe considering starting on russian tech tree, but I think I'll see the same date there, as goes with the other countries, but, now that I'm actually enjoying the game, I'd gladly sulalute to this

@@sirsalsa9658 hmmm, I'm still rather new and struggling as well you know, plus, I'm not that good, it's only luck that I get a normal kill and in same luck if I manage to kill tanks with a plane, let alone try to shoot down a plane with a single top mounted machine gun

Thank you !, Yeah took me quite some time indeed haha, as nothing was staged I did played all those RB-SIM battles too then shoot replays several times. I tried to get the best variety I could. Glad you enjoyed !
@@KrakenUnleashed do you have to watch the replays over and over to record moments? Also how do you get those cool flyby shots?
@@adrianramos9644 well, firstly I play the game like any WT players, I have my own grind to do, and when in battle I notice that the action happening could be worthy of a cinematic shot then I do have to jump in the replay, I have already an idea of what. i want to show from the event but then it’s lot of miss & retry with the camera, get the movement sync with the action you want, the zoom, just like directing a scene. And since we don’t have a rewind option, I take notes, restart replay, try not to miss the timing window. Once I have that material, I check if it can work, then it’s editing time and depending of the whole project, I might get rid of that footage hardly gained just because it doesn’t fit with the other shots, the dynamism I’m looking for, zoom, the action etc
Which flyby are you referring to so I ca tell me precisely ? As I said, it’s lot of time spent in the replay, The more time spent the more refine the shots can be, the more comfortable I’m with the tools and thus I can get some really cool stuff, others time it can be not that much of epic
Ah, and sometimes I record even from a live perpective by turning the HUD off, more for cockpit shots as replay is ..something else of an experience in that 1st person view lol
@@KrakenUnleashed First off thank you for the long elaborated replay it helps a lot (since I'm a total beginner and want to do this type of videos and editing) I wish the added a rewind function and for the camera movement to be more responsive. The flyby shots although not that much fly by now that I watched it back are fore example around the 2:50 mark when the Stuka starts diving , I find it really hard to eat the camera to an specific angle and follow the plane movement. Great job on the video, is inspiring for me at least
@@KrakenUnleashed Also playing on sim helps with the content and overall realism feel or does playing RB function aswell?
Unrealistic, I did not see one example of packet loss slamming your plane into the ground or ghost shells.

I do remember and I do still have the shots we did, and it still needs to be wrapped up.
Game got improved several time since and I ran out of a lot of free time, I want to capture reworked effects. I also upgraded my PC so all in that caused lot of delays on my project, but I’m still working on it !

The digital hud for the harriers came just a few days too late for this masterpiece, but hey the dogfighting scenes are cooler than i’ve seen in high production value movies so props to you man. Keep it up, you’re doing great work.

This cinematic is one, if not the best War Thunder Cinematic I've seen so far. That was awesome! I really like how you covered all aspects of the game, many vehicles and not just top tier. Another thing to mention is your insane skill at editing. The transitions were fire and soooooo smooth, there was literally nothing you could spot the transition. Just one tiny thing that could be improved is this the clip of the Yak-38 at 0:45. Would be cool to see some movement and not just static straight flying c: Except this tiny clip, everything was fricking awesome. Keep up the great work!
Hey thanks a lot ! i really appreciate it, and indeed, I totally agree, I realized afterwards for the yak38, I had different and many clip but I needed some russian jet (I don’t own such yet for russia) (and the replay while watching other players from distance, if yourself aren’t close to it, it’s buggy I know - I catched its missile on screen 👀
I tried to cover most of battle ratings - and actually I had the most fun in a while for playing at all those different states, I really recommend doing it !
I’m a solo player yet I had all these little groups in random battles, showing actual random player experience.
If you want mouvement, stay tuned I‘m working on a Top Gun project and it’s gonna be very fun !

Haha yes indeed, it's the remix by Meteor, I tested both and I liked more the remix as it included a very nice top gun style, a bit synthwavy too and that afterburner sound is part of the remixed track haha can't deal without it, I should have changed for a jet shot at that moment eh :D Good catch !
