37:30 Water vapor is more prevalent in the atmosphere, but is largely near the surface. Carbon dioxide reaches the upper atmosphere more easily where it can absorb and emit heat from earth more effectively. This is why carbon dioxide causes more of the greenhouse effect, despite being less potent and less prevalent in the atmosphere than water vapour.
