No. Not at all. 1ml for 1ltr of diesel is recommended.

Injector kharab ho gaye hai,repair karvao
Just add 1 ml per litre.if fuel tank capacity is 43 littes add r3 ml system d and thereafter whenever you fill diesel add 1 ml per litre of diesel. Don't fill system d fullbottle as shown in video at home. Add it in petrol pump and add system d first n then fill diesel for uniform mixing. The video gives wrong instructions

You have to pour liquid ( sys.D) at the petrol pump before taking Diesel ; not at your home. Strong liquid mey damage your engine when in high concentration.
