Steering wheel upside down

If you were the kind of driver who wanted to rest your elbows on your legs and have two hands on the bottom of the steering wheel it would make sense to have the steering wheel upside down like it is. I have had multiple shoulder surgery, so I would be the kind of guy steering wheel like it is but if I bought it I would probably just do a big two-spoke steering wheel
