I have a 2016 GC Hemi summit platinum edition fully loaded including blu-ray DVD, etc no option left out. A hidden feature in most GC (mine anyways) that you might not be aware of is that little cup holder/pocket on the left side of the trunk/tailgate I have a rechargeable pocket light but if you pull that plastic cup out and put your hand in there you will feel a wire loop, and when you pull it it will manually open the fuel door lid. As I live in Canada I find that it freezes over the winter! So now you can open it without any problems. I love my jeep but the only thing that kept me from buying an SRT was one - no difference but the engine, and two - was that it no air-suspension lift, which I love going off road. No SRT can do that. Although I love all the facia look of the SRT. And personally I don’t need bigger engine that what my 5.7 litre engine can handle. Thanks for the show and tell.

Another cool thing about the grand Cherokee and the Durango if you have the key in your pocket or in your hand you can unlock the vehicle by hitting pressing the button to open the tailgate and like you said you can lock it to from the tailgate
If someone can please help, that’d be swell. I have a 2020 Jeep GC Trailhawk. It’s badass and I love it. BUT, the side mirrors are too big, causing a pretty bad blind spot quite often. How easy is it to get these replaced with smaller side mirror frames, or whatever you call them? Thanks, I don’t know much about cars.

i did own the 2011 grand cherokee overland here in Australia , i dont recall that model having the hidden compartment under the passenger seat, i do realize it must be the battery box
Is there a “hidden” easy way to change the headlights on the Cherokee?! Seriously… who designed the headlight feature to where you have to contort your arms just to change a bulb. Please enlighten me if there is an easier way!
1:43 The battery is installed under the passenger seat. Under the driver seat will depend on the trim. My 15' Limited was empty on the driver-side, but my 18' Overland has electronic components. Don't store anything in there unless it's empty, unless you want to catch your ass on fire. The spare tire cover with the hook is a no-brainer. The Dealer Mode... now that's something worth mentioning.

Select, then over on the right side of the display there are three icons, touch the Settings Icon. Then follow the instructions to add or overwrite and store in favorites.
Dude dial down the hyper perkyness by about 90% and you'll get more subscribers, you don't need to do that act that everyone does, it's getting stale, just be yourself. Also, you literally took all of these 'hidden' feature tips from other videos that were already here on TH-cam way before this video.

I have the exact same issue on a 2017 grand cherokee. I've almost collided with 3 vehicles because of the driver mirror.
